Cab had strong odor that can only be described as manure combined with dog vomit (sorry to be so graphic, tit really stunk).

Area of drop off not appealing when there is a brand new really nice location not much farther away - the biggest reason for the poor rating is that I am standing in a cold rain trying to get the App to allow me to complete the drop off and it would not work and I was especially annoyed that U-Haul was forcing me to use the app as the method for dropping off the vehicle. I wrote down the date time, mileage and noted gas level with a note regarding validity of my drop off. Neither previous review or this one asks about how the truck functioned during the trip which is a shortfall of your system. The truck was awful in that over three days it would sometimes bog down for no reason and other times it would run smoother and kind of speed up and the mileage was fluctuating accordingly - it was like it the engine was missing and then not missing. I powered through as we had to get to our destination and what was I going to do unload a truck that I paid movers to load and load it into another truck. Between my experience at the pick up location and the functioning of the vehicle I was a very dissastisfied customer.

People at U-Haul are rude and don’t care about anyone I will forever give an F rating and I’ll post to google daily and tell how rude and disrespectful they are

Office hours are a bit short. They close at two. Perhaps staying open a few more hours might be helpful to UHaul clients.

The dolly was not in truck and I was not given the opportunity to reject the $14 insurance (because the app wouild not let me)

Everything from the reservation, to the pickup, to the drop off went perfectly. Quality and value like I have come to expect from U-Haul.

The self check in process sucks.....would tell my friends to avoid the self check.

There was really nothing wrong with the location except that the customer was required to stay in a separate room, while the U-Haul representative handed documents and conducted business through a window in an interior door. There was no explanation for this strange setup,(which seemed a little bizarre) and the amount of razor wire and fencing along with the down in the heels appearance made the experience negative.

This experience was horrible. The location was unreachable in an emergency and U-Haul customer service was not helpful. I will never visit this location again and from now on we are using only Penske for our truck rental services. Bad look y'all.

Make the lock on the back of the door to get the key easier to use. I struggled to get it open.

Close at 2pm. Ridiculous Online pricing was a low ball. Price the rentals with fees included. You bring a whole new meaning to low rent.

I picked up a vehicle that was dirty on the inside. I just don't think I should be cleaning up after the previous driver. But I don't think the workers should have to do that either. Nothing major, just coffee droppings. Icky.

The location is fine. Uhaul's online checkin service though is one of the poorest written pieces of software I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Nothing seemed to work, from uploading pictures to pressing buttons. I had to switch between my laptop and my phone at various stages to get it to work, and the entire process took almost an hour. Calling the help line took 40 minutes to be connected, and the live chat took 30 minutes. The person in the live chat offered no help, and kept telling me that I needed to upload a physical copy of the drivers license and not a digital image! I still have no idea what that means. This checkin process makes me NEVER want to use Uhaul again and I will do everything in my power in the future to do so.

Shannon was very nice to deal with upon arrival and departure. The corporation could put a little in to remodeling the reception room. Wow! Pretty dusty and run down. But, beggars can't be choosy. I appreciate the service. The truck was great!

Very easy to drop off. The lady got my name and the trailer # and then told me where to drop it in the back of the storage units, popped open the security gate and I was able to easily drop in the back area and leave. Simple.

The app check-in process was super slow ---we wasted the first 20-30 minutes of our reservation just waiting to get approved. it was also inconvenient that we couldn't leave our other vehicle here while we used the truck.

I received an email for online check in, completed everything- hooked up the trailer and left. Then uhaul was blowing up my phone because I was supposed to sign something so I had to go back. The lady was very nice but I would definitely recommend changing your emails/systems to ensure the renter knows. Also the trailer was full of spider webs inside when I picked it up.

The truck NEEDS snow tires. Even going very slow, the truck fishtailed in minimal weather for northern michigan.

The computer program on the tablet used at check in failed. You should check/improve the reliability of your check in systems.

Only thing that was a problem and under no control of the Uhaul rental place was that the parking lot was under 3+ inches of water. Husband had to wade through the water to the check in window.

This truck had dents and scratches everywhere. 116k miles and claimed to be 2018 model?

No one is ever there. I was charged extra for dropping my truck here. I am beyond livid. I may just dispute my whole bill. Not one person shows up for work at this location. My truck sat all week with out being checked in I'm disgusted

The truck has issues with steering and tow haul doesn't work right. It's squirly. Very hard to drive, had someone see if it was just me and they said no there's something not right with it.

We did a 24/7 truck share since the location wasn't open Sundays. Be aware that you need to arrive right on time to start the pickup process. We were late to pick up and the order was cancelled when we arrived, but Uhaul representatives over the phone were very friendly and helpful in changing our pickup time and getting us on the road. The self check-in and return were easy once we got our reservation worked out.

The U-Haul app for self service pick up and drop off is cumbersome process. If possible I would highly recommend using a location where a representative is available . Attempted to contact the 800 for assistance and was on hold for over 15 minutes. Would not do this again.

Key was hard to remove from truck. Computer was very slow to complete rental. Clerk said it was fault of uhaul's changes.

The clerk that checked me out is not very familiar with the weight restriction of the trucks. I found it interesting that I was more versed on where to find this information and how important it is to not over load a truck...

They are top drawer service. They make you feel like family, This business should be used as a model for other to follow. They go above and beyond what the customer ask for. I give them 5 STARS...

The ramp was covered in mud and I had to clean it when I got to my house. There was a pool of nasty brown water in the moms attic I had to clean up with a towel then throw the towel away. The cargo area of the truck reeked of cigarette smoke, I had to air it out before I loaded any of my belongings.

The facility was closed earlier than was posted and I had to leave the truck on the property and drop the keys in the drop box.

There was no windshield scraper provided in the van. It was snowing quite heavily when I picked it up. I had to buy my own scraper for my 4-hour drive during a snow storm.
