We did not know how clean and tight the units were in Hygiene until we rented where we live now where our belongings got blown full of dirt. We loved the country quietness of Castle Keep as well. We would recommend them to our friends. Merci.

I told here where I wanted to return the truck, she supposedly made a note of it, but when I picked the truck up they asked again where I would be dropping off the truck. I gave them the location I gave the rep when I made the reservation and they said that wasn't on their map so they made a note that the drop off place was undecided. Then I get a test saying that I had to drop the truck off in Hygeine Co. That was NOT where I wanted to drop it off. I would expect better coordination from a company that has been around for a long time. That part of my experience was harder than it should have been. If I can help it I won't rent from Uhaul the next time I need to move.

Before leaving to pickup the van I got an email to upload a photo of my driver's license, which I did. Then when I'm at the dealer after hours to check out your app tells me I need to upload a photo of my driver's license again, WTF? Then it wouldn't accept my photo and asked for someone's phone number or my passport for verification. Oh yeah, I always carry my passport with me. I finally had to call the dealer and ask them to check me out. They were very helpful, but your online service needs some serious help. Then when I'm all done returning the van and use the app to view my printable receipt it comes back with an error. There wasn't a single good thing about my online experience with U-Haul. Will never use it again, and this is coming from someone who does everything online.

TERRYL A | Expérience généraleNo person on the property, even though it was promised on the web site. No clear boundary between U-haul and neighboring private residence. No clearly marked parking space for either trucks or your car. There were a legalese notice that customer is responsible for legal parking of the truck, without explaining what it means at this location. I got a charge for "decal on a driver side" (whatever it is) I pretty sure I didn't hit anything. I was made to pay $18 for some insurance in advance. Wouldn't you expect that it cover something? Truck is fueled to one half of the tank and required to be refueled to the same level. I wonder how would you do it except trial and error. Is it done on purpose? Could customers just got charged for the fuel or refunded for additional one?

gregory mIt felt like they were in a hurry to leave. There wasn't even an opportunity to park, or go into an office. All paperwork was done in the drive of the property. Then, they actually left the property, before I did, with their equipment.

Timothy EI had booked the U Haul truck for 8am at this location via your website. We arrived a little before 8am to pick up the truck but could not access it. When we FINALLY reached someone via phone, we were told the location did not open until 10am, but no one had let us know this. This put our whole moving day off schedule and the staff were not in the slightest apologetic. I would not use U Haul again nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.

Deanne Vconvenient from where I lived. I was told I would receive a phone call the day before of my rental that never happened I had actually call the place. I was told that I can reserve the truck for 8:30am, however when I never did hear from the place and I finally called them they said that they didn't open up until 10 but would get somebody there by 9am. I reserved a 17 foot truck but when I showed up the only truck they had was a 15 ft. I was told that my mileage would be $.79 a mile however when I showed up at my mileage was $.99 a mile I was told that they would look into this but yet they still for the final charge charge my credit card for the $.99 Per mile.

Privacy R | Premières impressionsI was delighted by the fact that we actually GOT the Uhaul we wanted on the day we wanted it - a first in my history of Uhauling. The person who checked us out seemed to be in a hurry, kept saying he was a storage, not a Uhaul guy. He didn't know where to find the hauling instructions for the trailer (I found it in a display on his desk). The biggest issue was that our trailer's roof leaked. It rained the first night we had it and kept raining all the next day, across Nebraska, and then the next day in Iowa. We were fortunate that the leak was over plastic totes, not furniture or cardboard boxes. And that we noticed it after night one so we could put a towel over the totes to prevent sloshing.
ann LDifference between pick up and drop off location was night and day.Dropped trailer at midday during the week to be serviced by speakerphone.Another customer that was also waiting to rent left because of the non-service.

Sally MThis location needs to be either a fulltime UHaul or parttime storage unit facility. He was not there during business hours and had to wait for him to drive in to open up. Moving is too hard to not have things in order and as smooth as possible. The office was so crammed with packing blankets, etc. that I couldn't get in comfortably.

I was told I can't have it for the time I booked it for. I was sent to another facility and then had go to another one and get a truck bigger than the one we needed. So it cost more than I budgeted
