Paule MathieuI booked in English, but everything I received by email was in French. There needs to be a place on the receipt etc. to change to English. Nice people running this location, however, inside the cab the seats were dirty from the previous person. ( Not that I cared but I would have if I had gotten a cleaning charge.) The app never allowed me to sign in. I was able to access my account from the website, but you need to work on that app!
Derek RossLa seule chose que je trouve dommage, c'est qu'on ne reçoit pas le camion full d'essence et qu'on doit le remettre full quand on le rapporte. Normalement c'est comme sa et je trouve sa dommage qu'on doit le rapporter exactement comme on l'a eu comme hier par exemple au 1/4.

Andre CusteauThe requested Dolly (Diable) and furniture pads were not loaded into the truck. When I asked the shop owner, he told me : "you shouldn't need them", doesn't matter I paid for them. I had to take them to the car myself. I rented it after a day of snowfall (dec 4th), and the top roof was still completely covered in about 6 inches of snow. Dangerous since I was going to drive it on the highway, for more than 300 km. Only provided tool was a shabby snow broom, not a long one. I found a way to clear it myself. Windshield washer ran out on the highway. I had to go to the gas station to purchase some myself. Traction of the tires on the snow was not good. It slipped more than expected. Old tires maybe or just my inexperience. The rest of the truck in good shape. Overall the experience not the best, a little more annoying than it could have been. Otherwise manageable.

Everything else was great. -maybe would be nice to be able to purchase furniture pads (besides renting-which was great). Also, the website was a little difficult to navigate for self-serve. Allow me to elaborate: Your team is aware that the app becomes non-functional when users are out of signal range, yet you continue to assign locations that are far from any coverage area. Additionally, the default photo resolution on most phones is high, causing many people to give up on using the app. Because they give up, they have no photos to document the situation, making it difficult to prove your scheme. Subsequently, you impose a standard $42 fuel surcharge on them. Moreover, you have the liberty to add whatever additional fees you desire, such as cleaning fees and fuel surcharges, effectively rounding up your profits. I have documented all of these issues.

Elias BOUBEZARIThe person responsable for the Uhaul truck there is really helpful and nice. But don't ever make the mistake of booking online. Go in person. The Uhaul websites overbooks all the time. The person there found a solution for me for another day but my online reservation was not respected since it was just not avalaible in reality.
Marie Helene LevertThe dolly was damaged, but given that the location closed shortly after we left, we could not change it for another one. Communication was adequate but could have been clearer and more thorough. A mistake was made on my invoice, so that the total was almost double of the actual amount I owed. They did quickly rectify the situation once I called to explain.

Andre CoteThe truck has a very bad maintenance with the ABS and traction control. I lose the control at 50 km per hour. The passenger front wheel just block and I had to stop it very fast. Very bad security on this vehicle, very dangerous situation that could cause an accident if I didn't have any experience with driving.

Yves LachapelleLa personne à l'accueil était charmante et efficace, la prise de possession du camion à été rapide, et elle s'est même occupée du retour alors qu'elle avait fini sa journée de travail et était prête à partir. Vraiment très professionnelle Par contre, il est à noter que le camion n'était vraiment pas propre : il y avait même de vieilles cannettes qui traînaient au sol. Cela dit, il roulait bien et la caméra de recule était bien appréciée
Chloe CachinhoJ'ai loué le camion et le diable une semaine avant la date de déménagement. On m'a appelé pour confirmer que le camion était disponible. La veille tard du déménagement un second appel de U-Haul pour m'informer qu'ils n'avaient pas de diable et me demande si j'en si vraiment besoin. Après leurs avoir demandé de verifié dans d'autres U-Haul ils en ont trouvé un à 30 minutes de route de chez moi. Ils n'ont pas été le récupéré, j'ai du aller le chercher pendant que je finalisais pas préparation du déménagement. Aucun dédomagement de U-Haul. Le camion était au 1/4 donc on doit remettre l'essence au 1/4? Remis le camion avec trop d'essence puisqu'il est difficile de faire une approximation. Vraiment mauvais service de a à z j'irai ailleurs la prochaine fois jamais eu tout ces troubles avec Discount.

Also it would be nice if U-Haul could provide service in French in Quebec, not just for customers, but from a legal point of view as well...
