The computer system is very slow faster wifi would speed things up.

The person that I spoke with on the phone who facilitated the pick up was excellent. I would give him a 10 out of 10. He called before during and after, and was extremely helpful in the pick up process. My only complaint is regarding the condition of the 15 foot truck. The noise within the cabin upon acceleration was deafening and made our 12 Hour drive torture for the sound.
Leanne YEnsuring that they review all reservations throughout the day as people book based on their availability/needs. It is hard to reschedule as timelines were set out to get things completed with the rented vehicle.
