Cause from Price $ not correct use.

I had a reservation several weeks in advance, and the day before (friday) they call me at 2 pm to tell me that they will be closed next day (Saturday , my reservation was for 9am) so I had to leave my work and run to try to get there as soon as possible for the truck before they close. I do not recommend this location at all.

On the invoice I received they added 1000$ for cleanup fees. The piece of wood in the truck was just forgotten by my employee. If they called me I was able to come and take it. I want to talk to management to cancel this fee. Thanks

Il est super bien à l'écoute pour le client

Was way overcharged for rental and charged for insurance which I did not ask for. A $19,95 rental turned out to be charged $371,32 which is absolutely absurd. Remember to verify the mileage and gas before and after and take pictures before leaving and upon return. No I had to call and complain and ask for a refund which should not be as the guy at counter never provided a receipt said it would be sent by email which I received many hours later and that's when I realized the error.

L'application mobile à de la difficulté à fonctionner. J'ai du attendre dehors au froid pendant une dizaine de minutes a constamment rafraichir la page pour qu'elle finisse par fonctionner. De plus, notre déménagement était en retard parce que u-haul ne précise pas que la personne qui fait la réservation DOIT ABSOLUMENT être la personne qui récupère le camion.

Retournez la location qui était prévu a 21 h00 et que vous charger un montant de 20,00 $ pour retour après les heures d'ouverture cela est assez spécial et très ...

Ma facture est d'environ 150$ alors que presque 400$ a été retiré de ma carte de crédit. Il serait important de faire mention de ce frais avant de quitter avec le véhicule pour la location. Quand j'ai appeler, on m'a dit que c'était normal et que j'allais être remboursée la différence, mais cette source d'anxiété financière pourrait facilement être évitée.

Charge to clean the truck! Don't know why! Charged an extra for fueling. I let the truck tank like I got. Park in not level land. Told me 0,89$ le litre charge 1,47$. Never again!

Le responsable était très sympa et rapide aussi. Ils ont pris le soin de vérifier le camion avant mon arrivée et au retour aussi.

the location where I pick up the truck is too far, which forced me to be late to return the truck, especially I specified the place that was close to me during my reservation. but unfortunately you changed the location, and it was really painful

I rented a truck at a fee of 19,95 and 0,89 cents per kilometer. Had the truck for less than 4 hours and did 20 kilometers exaclty. Got charged 106.38. I have left 4 messages at the location but no one has yet to return my call. I want an explanation as to why I was charged so much more than promised.

J'ai fait une réservation par Internet et je suis complètement déçu, je l'ai fait pour gagner du temps et finalement j'en ai plus perdu que gagné vu la lenteur du processus. Quand j'ai rendu le camion le système m'a chargé 51$ pour le gaz pour 10 miles, le réservoir était à moitié vide quand je l'avais pris puis le système le prenait pour plein et en plus j'ai mis 15 $ de gaz , je trouve ça pas correct et je regrette mon expérience.

The problem I have (with U-Haul) is that everything is in English (and miles instead of Km/hour). It's hard to understand certain things (notes in the truck) when you don't know the technical vocabulary. I also find the remboursement of the deposit and fees very slow to be seen on my account, compared to other places I've rented before. But over all, for the location, the service is excellent. (This location is in a garage). The owner is friendly, patient and polite. He took really good care, the truck was ready when I arrived, very appreciated.

Dommage que la correspondance ne soit qu'en anglais. Heureusement, les employés du service à la clientèle sur la ligne francophone donnent un excellent soutien.

Service impeccable. Un imprévu m'a obligé à changer la réservation à la dernière minute et le préposé au service a été capable de m'accomoder sans problème.

Quand je suis venu récupérer le camion le miroir côté passager été brisé. Le tout avait été reporté dans le rapport d'inspection initial. Mais lorsque he suis allé le rendre chez l'autre détaillant il semblait pas savoir et il voulait me charger pour le miroir 312$. J'ai refusé..et après il a dit c'est correct. Faut faire attention !

When I picked up it was quick which is great. However I didn't see any papers and didn't know everything was on line. I filed up with gas with what I think I used. When I received the invoice, I've been charged 30$ for missing gas, okkk. But the gas quantity filed by this location was way too much even though the gas price is high.

Picking up point and dropping point wasn't as asked on the internet reservation. Cost me more than 3 times the price as mentioned on the estimation tool on your website. No recommending I haul to anybody.

La fille qui nous a appelé pour demander l'endroit où nous laisserions le camion à Montréal était très irrespectueuse en nous raccrochant la ligne au nez lorsque je lui ai dit qu'elle devait sûrement savoir où on laisserait le véhicule car qqn de U-Haul nous a demandé de le ramener à un endroit en particulier. Je lui ai demandé de parler à Braham pour savoir où c'était et elle m'a répondu que je n'avais pas besoin de lui dire comment faire son travail et a raccroché. Quel manque de communication flagrant!

I personally clean the cargo space with a broom and was charged 25$ of cleanning. Not happy, will not rent Uhaul again...

Just confusing with the receipt that i received by email was a bit higher then they told me ! and they send 2 emails and 2 different receipt and the gas tank was empty and the person told me they going to give a credit for that and they never did!! other that that the service was good picking up the truck was easier that i thought truck was clean and good to go i will use it next time but need to make sure things before i rent any vehicle from Uhaul

The uhaul clerk didn't go around the truck with me and we didn't agree on the amount of fuel. The truck was delivered to me with a 1/4 tank. After my usage, I filled up the truck and drop it at the Uhaul location with 3/8 of the fuel tank. I was charged 33$ for fuel charges which I don't understand.

The clerk refused to adjust the mileage when we returned the truck as he "had no time", which was not true. I guess he saw I was not happy because he ended up doing it 1h later. The final price should be settled before the customer leaves. also, the clerk was not wearing a mask at any time, which was against the Quebec regulations and made me uncomfortable.

The trailer had two different types of tires. One was new replacing I guess the 'bad' tire. The other tire had very bad wear and should have been replaced before we took it. I mentioned this and was told they couldn't do anything about it. We had to add air to the tire multiple times on the trip as it kept loosing air. Was quite worried it was going to blow on the drive.

Le camion que nous avons loué d'avance n'était pas disponible. Nous avons du payer plus car il ne restait qu'un plus grand. Nous avons louer des couvertures elles etaient plein d'huile et puaient enormement

Emplacement a été changé à la dernière minute, le commis ne savait même pas qu'il avaient une réservation donc on s'est retrouvés avec un truck sal, vide en essence et avec des "wipers" brisés, je n'ai également pas eu accès au matériel que j'avais demandé. Horrible expérience!
