I love working with this location. She is very sweet, quick and efficient. I have been to other locations that are not that way.

We was told online we would get 2mo. 50 percent off the first 2 mo We was doing the paper work and I said ok they said online I get 2mo.half off . The girl then said I don't get that because most of the units was taken. That's not right I should have got the deal

james gWas told to return by Sunday at 4pm and I did, never was told they close at 2pm on Sunday and that if you return past then you'll be charged till Monday. If I knew I would have returned it before 2pm. Also, truck was returned Sunday per contract but was charged thru Wednesday morning cause "that's when they found the key" and was told "I'll see if I can reverse it, but probably not". Will never use uhaul again!!!!

Miguel PWe were charged a cleaning fee and the truck was clean when it was returned. We used it to get a dresser and only 100 miles 1 dresser things were broken on the truck dash button for light in back of truck .window roll up handle was coming off as you roll window up or down I will never go there again .we left truck because they were at lunch 0,1 he and half we would have had to wait worst experience from uhal ever. I'm disappointed they can use the fact they can charge my bank to add on extra fees fo them.

Timothy HI was charged an after hours fee even tho I was on time and they'd decided to close a few minutes early. The truck driver seat is broken, the visor is broken, the light in the back is flickering and there was a switch in the dash that was broken. The worst maintained uhaul I have ever rented.
Amanda DHad lots of difficulty trying to return the truck. Took pictures as instructed 6 times but it would not upload to u-haul. Called customer service and Alex was awesome! He helped me with the issue and gave me alternate instructions so that we could turn in the truck.

Gregory JI had the truck for a total of two days. The pickup place said they would waive the fee for the second day. I was charged almost $400. Charged from both the pickup and drop off place. I opened a dispute twice. No one responded to the second one. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone! I will never use Uhaul again and I will certainly let everyone I know the experience I had. I'm out almost $200. Moving is expensive enough without being charged extra. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!

WILLIAM MChampion storage was very helpful. This review is not about them. It's about the uhaul company itself. Uhaul needs a new logistics manager. I first reserved a 15 ft truck online for another location pickup. I was called and told that location didn't have any. And was told to go to champion. When I got to champion. They didn't have the truck either. And I was told that uhaul had reserved 3 more reservations for that day and they only had one truck. Luckily I got the only truck. But I did not get the dolly I had ordered. Uhaul had come and got all the dollys from this location. Again. Champion was very helpful. But how can uhaul confirm a reservation weeks ahead when there are not any trucks at that location. I will be using a different rental company next time.

KENIRRA JChampion uhaul of Palatka,Fl., charged me for 25 gallons of supposedly used fuel for 46 miles , round trip from Palatka to Welaka returned same day on 10/9/21, and no one from Uhaul will address this complaint.Shame on you.I am a struggling widow and cannot afford to be overcharged. I will dispute this overcharge with my bank.
