MIKE HNo one was at the facility a half hour after it was supposed to open. Disconnected the damn trailer and left it. Hopefully the person who decided to skip work that day finally found it. I'll never rent or return there again. Ridiculous.
Andrew HI apologize for not getting the ladies name there but she was very professional. I was her first customer and joked about buying 2 of everything and stick it your U-Haul truck and we had a good laugh. Overall experirnce was great I would give it a rating of 10 star next time I need to rent a truck in that area I will drfinitly go there

John Hthey lied about the gas amount in the tank. I called to tell them and was told it would be taken care of. I was still charged to fill the gas tank more than what was in there when I picked it up.

JESSICA HI still didn't get refund. The check engine light was on whole time I filled the tank for y'all to say it was 3/4 full. Then I complain n y'all say no it wasnt it was 7/8 just to charge me more.

ANDREA SThe only reason why I rated this location the way I did, was because of where it is at. It is located in what I would call a "not good part of town" so to speak. The store part of it was dirty to us and I would not buy anything in there. Now the woman who waited on us was excellent and extremely personable. This is the first time that I used this location, so I need you to know that.
Valerie BHave been to this location before. But hours were listed as 9am.. had to drop dolly there because opened at 10am instead, and I needed to unload the rear of my truck and wasn't driving back again. I disconnected it and left paperwork in drop box

belgacem jI booked online for 10am pick up, but the person who's supposed to be there was late. But she didn't adjust the time, so the two days were fewer than 48 hours. She really should have adjusted the time to 10:30 am because she was late. The truck was glitchy. I had to call her to ask her how to get the key out of the socket. The truck is in park, but the key won't come out. She told me to start the engine,, step on breaks, put it to neutral, then shove it hard into park, switch off the engine, then see if the key will release. I had to do this sequence twice to be able to pull out the key. Seriously, please don't rent out trucks that are glitchy! She said to call her back again if it kept happening. How about I rent from a different company that doesn't have this problem?

Shana HThis is ridiculous they over charged me and the area was very ghetto they never went over the contract with me and they keep trying to charge my card ! I wouldn't recommend this area to rent U-Haul

Allen SI got a truck 10 ft didn't realize it had no ramp so I called asked if I could switch to get one with one, yes but it would be 10 more an bigger truck ok not a problem. Well they charge me for the first truck for the whole day, an I even made sure I filled the gas up over what it had in it an we took it right back . Not right, the lady on the phone said it would only be a 10 extra this is a rip off .
Sue WThis location is in a very questionable and unsecured part of town. I'd recommend not going alone. There was also no dolly inside the truck but no option to change that during checkin process.

LAURA SThe first truck I was assigned we went in and there was marijuana in the cup holder and a t shirt in the passenger seat. We then went back in and got another truck and there was cigarette ashes in that one and the truck was one a quarter tank of gas. Extremely unhappy.

KHAMIS SShe did an excellent job with assisting me. I reserved a uhaul a size too big to my liking, she arranged a smaller uhaul for me that was so sweet. Thankful for that. I would recommend anyone for this location.

Faith SBreak and turn lights did not work upon pickup and our car was blamed. My husband stopped on the way home to the garage who services our cars. It was NOT our car but the trailer as we stated on pick up. We again noted this issue when we dropped off the trailer.
GARY FTake bank cards for the vans. This was ridiculous. Will go to budget for the vans. I have several upcoming dates where I will need it. I have problems climbing and got stuck with the nightmare of a truck over my bank card (my hard earned money) not being good enough. Screw that

ROBERT CAgents were excellent, but the truck was horrible. The windshield was filthy...not cleaned...no wiper fluid, the transmission did not shift, and the cab wreaked of cigarette smoke. Due to the transmission, the truck burned fuel excessively.
