Picked up at Twisted Auto Sales at 2404 Ft Sill Blvd.

The location of picking up the U-Haul was not where the actual truck and trailer was located. There wasn't an inspection completed when I picked up the truck. Finding the location was a hassle. The truck was dirty, rusty, and had a lot of squeaky noises going on. Attaching the trailer to the truck was always a hassle (The tow bar wouldn't hitch to the trailer hitch, had trouble with getting it to latch on.)

The front tire was out of balance causing a shimmying effect in the steering wheel while driving. No way of knowing that until you get it out on the road. We had to travel 35 miles out of our way to rent the truck. It should have been delivered to the nearest location in our town. Then there would be the realization of the front end. Probably most renters do not want to mention the truck faults because it's the only 26 footer available (our case) or they will be blamed. Crossed my mind too. No other problems though.

I need to know why you sent me a receipt for $56.?? But my bank statement shows y'all took out $90.80. That's ALL I HAD IN THERE!!!

We had to hook up our own trailer! No one ever offered help or checked to see that we had done it correctly. In fact, no one even checked that we took the correct equipment!

The place is a salvage yard. After taking care of the paperwork I had to hop into one of their dirty work trucks so they could drive me back to the uhaul truck which was down the road from the place in parked with a bunch of junk cars. The truck was just nasty when I picked it up, oily cardboard boxes on the floorboard and the back end had dirt and mulch dusted across the floor. The lady told me to take it to the main uhaul store if I had a problem with it. They also didn't have the appliance dolly I had reserved. So I went to the main uhaul store at the corner of fort sill, and cache . The manager there was great, cleaned the truck for me and got my an appliance dolly. I warn all to avoid renting from checker wrecker.

Not helpful; messy and no check off. Vehicle in poor condition. Staff did not know how to perform rental.

To get another truck as soon as possible instead of trying to fix it and waste my driving time.

The truck didn't have a key and we had to wait for someone to make a new key. Otherwise I would rate them excellent.

They upgraded my truck from a 17' to 20' but forgot to updated the paperwork with the correct truck ID number; this was realized when I tried to turn the truck in at destination, causing a lengthy delay.
