Michael PanciroliProb not the locations fault but I did not get trailer I ordered. I got a call 30 min before pick up and had to change to a smaller trailer. Nothing was close. When I got there they did say the overbooked and because I was ok with smaller (which I really wasn't) they gave bigger trailer to the other person. Anyhow trailer was great was just a little small.

Brandon KuehnI rented the 6x12 enclosed trailer and there was no trailer jack on the tongue, the trailer was way too heavy to lift on and off of the tow hitch. Please add a trailer jack for safety. We ended up needing a fork lift to get the trailer tongue on and off the trailer ball hitch of my truck!!!
James HomaDrop off was frustrating. I specifically requested Chelan, WA as the drop off even though I was offered Wenatchee for a $200 discount. The night before the drop off, I received text message to return the truck in Cashmere, further away from Wetnachee even though I declined a different drop off location. Had to spend 45 mins on the phone with 3 different employees to get the situation resolved. I showed a lack of internal communication.

jennifer PageThe staff at Chelan Transfer Co that handled access to the Uboxes in storage, and for scheduling the pick-up of the Uboxes by a third-party moving company were NOT forthcoming with information that would have made our move from the Chelan Tranfer Station to our home 1,5 hours away simple and straightforward. We were given access to our boxes at our first request to unload some items before we could schedule movers for the heavier pieces. When we asked for access for the next phase of moving, we were given certain dates and certain times based on the availability of a fork lift driver. However, our boxes that had been taken out of the storage facility on the first day and put out on the ground outside of the loading dock for access were never returned to the facility; therefore, we could have accessed them anytime. This complicated coordination with the third part mover to bring our items to our home. The staff at the Chelan facility gave us false information regarding the availability of forklift drivers to place the Uboxes on trailers when the movers were scheduled to meet us the Transfer Co site. As a result, we ended up requiring 2 trips of the third-party movers which doubles\d the costs for us to transport our belongings from the Chelan Transfer Co to our home. This was entirely AVOIDABLE! It is essential that customers whose boxes arriver at the Chelan Transfer CO understand that (1) trailers to move Uboxes are available at no cost to the customer (whether moved by UHaul or a 3rd-party mover), (2) 3rd party movers typically expect to move boxes on trailers, not empty the boxes and load them onto trucks on site , and (3) that forklift drivers at this facility are not available every day that the Transfer Co is open.

George BonneyIt seemed like they were just going through the motions and not really informational about it all. They marked the wrong amount of fuel down 3/4 when it was1/4 tank. I had to go to another place to pick it up, it was out of my way. I fueled up the tank and was flagged down before it spilling gas everywhere's I lost at least 1/3 of the tank with no compensation and had to call for a repair on the truck. When a turned in the truck within the allotted time after leaving 30 minutes or so I was charged $28 for a for some reason and I never approved it. I would like to know how you are going to make this right… Anthony Frigerio

Jill LesterWhen we picked it up the young man was very nice! If it was just him I would definitely recommend it for rental. However When we dropped it off the older lady was horribly rude! It's hard for me to recommend a place that has someone like that working there.
Dawn AcevedoWhen arrived at the Chelan location, i was met with an office that smelled like cats, and an employee that was angry that i would come without calling to let them know I was coming. I received a lot of emails from UHaul, but I didn't see anything that said i had to call a day or two in advance to get to my storage locker. The employee was pretty upset, but worked to get my Ubox available. After the employee got another employee to get the box out and down, that new employee told me I would owe him $25 to get the box for me.....cash...i didn't have cash, and he wasn't able to describe why I would suddenly owe him cash for doing, what seemed to be, his job. Outside of that, the original employee didn't really communicate much after the initial encounter, and just left at some point before we were finished, leaving us not knowing what we needed to do to close up. It was a pretty uncomfortable situation all around. If i was supposed to call ahead, in the midst of a move across the country, it would be nice if there was an email that went out from ya'll, that was obnoxiously clear, stating "Thank you for choosing UBox. Your UBox has arrived in (this city). When you are ready to come retrieve your items, please call (number) 24 hours in advance, so that the facility can prepare your box for your arrival. Thank you again for choosing UBox"

SCOTT ROBBINSI rate U-Haul overall to be below average. From a poorly performing app and website, to 20-30 minute call hold times, and such a confusing process for ordering pods and actually getting them delivered. What a nightmare. And now, getting receipts for all of the transactions is taking over an hour. U-Haul just plain suuuuuuucks.

The Chantilly office is attempting to charge us recuring rent on the container which we only had in possession for one day. Staff is friendly but does not respond or action these outstanding items.

My husband dropped off the trailer and with my experience from the Spanaway location who helped me by a hitch and installed it for me and the Roy location who helped me put the trailer on I assured my husband who has a torn rotator cuff and a herniated disc in his back that they would help him take it off the truck. He described the gal there to me as a bitch who didn't offer to help and did not help when he asked. There were no other customers there and it was a 4x8 trailer.
maria jayGood customer service. Received a call regarding trailer that I had reserved saying it wasn't available because of customer not able to return it when it was due back. I was informed that I had other options and the rental worked out to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a rental.

Hans JonesThe checkout process seems overly complicated and very time consuming. I think there is A LOT of room for process optimization. I don't understand why a simple checkout - when all the information is already in your system - takes 30 min to complete.
