When I turned in the truck, the employee stood there and just watched me fold 12 blankets, not even offering to help, and only commented that if they weren't folded that I would be charged more, which I already knew. I turned the trick in almost 2 hours before it was due, and it's not like they were busy.

Got charged $27 for fuel even though I told them that when I picked up the truck the gauge was showing less than in the contract. I took a picture of the gauge at pickup and showed it to the attendant at dropoff. I still got charged for gas I did not use.

A little disappointed with the size of the unit - it was noted on the uhaul site as being large enough ti house a 1200-1600 sq ft house, but our 1277 house doesn`t entirely fit.
