Make sure the A/C is working when it's 90 degrees outside. This 3rd party vendor had other vehicles but insisted the A/C takes a minute to work when I told him it wasn't working. Then the guy who set up my rental was trying to tell me I was wrong about the gas not matching the confirmation receipt when there are plenty of pictures and guides to help. The whole experience was just frustrating and I will not return to this location!

I did reservation weeks ahead went to pick up they refuse get rental because flat tires send me other locations where was close then did 3rd stop other location after 2 hrs later

Too many hidden fees, I ended up paying 120$ for 60 miles even though I returned it within 4 hours

It was disappointing and disgusting and the power steering is going out that truck it almost made me wreck I couldn't believe it was still on the road but I needed it it's a safety hazard also tank was on e none at all they said it's gonna stay Like that cause yall don't come and fill it very bad experience

We were handed a run-down truck that broke down within less than 5 MI we had to call road side assistance, the guy came out took him a while to fix it it,we were stuck for hours. We had rented movers for the day that we couldn't utilize and still had to pay them. When we were trying to pick up the truck in the morning the U-Haul system was down. The lady was scrambling around trying to get our reservation pulled up, had to call U-Haul we were all on the phone for a while all of a sudden the booking was changed to my husband's name and phone number even if I had booked it with my driver's license on file. Terrible experience, nothing good about it. Customer service was completely useless and rude.

It's not easy to return, no people in front of me and employees took forever to return!! Poor customer service!!

I use a U-Haul Van on average two to three times a month but lately every time I order one online get my confirmation at a store near me a few days later I get a call that I have to pick it up someplace else. This place I came back going to replenish the gas only to find out the gas tanks were down, so either I can use more miles to get the gas filled up or get charged $25. Not too happy with the situation.

This location was great due to the outstanding customer service from the young man there who assisted me, Shamelle. I don't know if I've spelled his name right, but he is an exceptional representative. Kind, knowledgeable, professional, warm and he went above and beyond to help me. Renting from this location was like you had family who was lending you their truck. Give this young man a raise, there is no way he's paid enough for his long hours and outstanding service. Shamelle puts the folks online to shame. Lindsey who fielded my question in the uhaul's online chat was an amazingly awful. She made no effort whatsoever to understand what I said, to understand my request and not only did she not help me, she wasted my time, and charged me so I could add another driver and then did not accomplish that. If I based my impression of uhaul on Lindsey, not only would I never rent from you again, I would make sure nobody close to me ever did either. Shamelle, at the location we rented from is exact opposite. He was so personable and professional, he made me want to find a reason to rent from this location again.

The lady was super sweet, but I got billed for insurance I didn't select. Wasn't on my original order and since everything is pretty much paperless, it didn't show up until I got my final receipt (while I was at home). Seems a bit like a bait and switch. Rental was easy and location is ok.

No it wasn't clean when I got the truck and y'all robbed me,charging me double, this is not the first time y'all did this. Last time y'all said I didn't return the truck clean, lies!, then I called to complain and y'all had no proof saying I didn't return the truck clean and took money from me and never gave me my money back, then this time I rent y'all charged me $30 late fee!?!?!? How was me renting a truck for only 2 hours cleaning and putting gas back over $100 to rent. You people like to steal from innocent folks! This is a total rip off ! God don't like greedy, liars, and thieves. Sick how y'all run this business

The clerk I was signing out refused to give me the keys when I showed him my screen saying it was the wrong screen. Took 2 customers in front of me while I figured out that I was right and had it on the right screen originally.

Ensure that online bookings get synchronized with the location it is sent to. I was sent to the Beach & Southside location and they didn't have a truck to fulfill my reservation for neither Saturday nor Sunday.

The U-Haul was not cleaned out in the cargo bay. Also the tire pressure sensor for the right rear tire was not working. The drivers side window handle was missing the nob so it made rolling down/up the window extremely hard. There were cigarettes burns and rips within the vehicle. Also I feel this truck needs to be checked because it drove very rough and got horrible gas mileage. We drove 460 miles and spent almost $200 in gas

Truck was filthy. Air conditioner didn't work. Truck door I had to adjust just to get it to work and got my hands all greasy and dirty. The people at the rental place were very accommodating.

This is a great location to rent a U-Haul it's the only one I use by choice I only go to a different location if they are out of trucks for rent at the time you got so many people choose this one they always go above and beyond to help you with renting a truck to move with

The truck was good but if they will charge you twice the amount it's bad. Make sure you gave a good estimate on the mileage because they are going to charge you. I didn't know how far will I go they just told me to bring it back before 4pm. I got it at 9am and finished at 2pm but they charge me extra because I estimate wrong on the mileage. I hope the management of UHaul knows what the customer service name Alexis is doing. It's bad for the company

I had to file a formal complaint! The van was filthy and there was cockroaches in the dash compartment. Absolutely disgusting!! They were crawling on my son and I and were all over in the cab. Waiting to hear back from the Manager

Location unsafe and needed bullet proof glass to pick up keys. Trucks was on empty when started. When driving long distance the wheel and tire alignments we're dangerously misaligned. This truck should not be used again until it is serviced. Very unhappy and would like a partial refund as we were not allowed to switch vehicles for safety at our mid point move.

Absolutely would not recommend. The store owner was extremely rude and everytime I asked for help he would ignore me or walk away from me. The uhaul was wet- the floor, seats and back part. I told him something waswas wrong with the truck, he ignored me and overcharged me. I'm not happy at all.
