In a pinch, in the middle of no where, place was clean and efficient..did the trick,!
THOMAS EI had to hook up and the trailer myself, and verify the lights work myself. I was told there's your trailer, have a nice day. Not great for safety or service.

Victor EFor starters how about actually having the equipment reserved where I reserved it. Second I had to drive 90 miles to pick up the truck one way and another 90 miles back to get the trailer. Then because the equipment wasn't where I reserved it you all decided to change my rates and charge me more. Then while I was in the middle of my move no one updated anyone to reflect the dates I told them I would have the equipment. I received about 5 phone calls from people stating my equipment was due back, after repeated conversations no one could seem to comprehend the information. One of the people had enough nerve to even hang up on me.

Willis MKind of out in the sticks. Only location with a one way rental near or in Las Vegas. Really should have more trucks available for one way during this time of year. Especially with college ending.
Pamela DPahrump U-Haul on Basin had no 26' uhaul that I reserved 3 weeks earlier. They called and told me all they had was a 20'. I had to drive 55 miles to Amargosa to rent the 26'. Incompetent idiots. They really could have cared less.
