The unit was dirty, and stuck to the ground.the person didn't have a jack to lift the unit so it took us 4 adults to hook it up. It was parked down a hill and was very unsafe.

Trailer was frozen to the ground covered in snow the left turn light was out all the rest was working and then they complained where I parked the Trailer after never even looked to make sure there was no damage and they were rude to me and my wife I will not be going there again

When you know you are renting a uhaul it would be better if it was ready instead of having the customer dig it out of the snow it was frozen in the ground and the agent could have better manners instead of being rude and accusing the customer of stealing the trailer

It is winter in the Cariboo and I think the 15 van was great but should have better winter tires on the rear . It worked very well for me as the weather got quite mild and the snow and ice melted considerably to what it had been at the time of my rental .

Seems that there were extra charges as my quoted amount came in at 49 and when all done it cost me over 130 including having the extra of trying to match the gas in the vehicle, instead of having these rentals at three quarters or half a tank of gas why not have them full , instead of cheating the customer out of more money aswell as charging 0,99 cents a km , pick one not both even the government doesn't charge that

The after hours last was extremely rude and was not helpful, she kept telling me i was late but i had paid till the 21st , I said online i may be able to bring the trailer back on the 20th at 2pm but due to getting a flat tire and dealing with U-Haul roadside assistance for 3 hours to get a new tire i didin't make it by 2 i made it by 4:30, still 1 day ahead of what my contract was due to do it off. I am extremely frustrated from the experience i received at this drop off location from this lady and through this whole ordeal feel that i need to be reimbursed for getting equipment that wasn't obviously quite roadworthy by blowing a tire so fast and i hardly had any weight in the trailer. Right now I'm extremely agitated and bothered by this rental experience

We are in western middle Canada, extremely cold and winter conditions. The 5 ton truck had Arizona summer tires on it, so we could not drive to our original destination. Very dangerous truck for Canadian winters. We would Not recommend uhaul trucks for Canadian driving. They should be reported as Dangerous! Side not* Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The online reservation process was clear and easy to complete. Although the site staff added an extra $10 to the online insurance quote. Equipment should be parked in a level lot. This rental location is in a community that has harsh and long winters and the tires on the trailer are not adequate for winter driving. No lighting at location which makes pre and post trips difficult.

This location could not enter the information good enough to match the printed out computer quote with confirmation number. The price was more than double the online quote. Discrepancy was not fixed until after I returned the equipment. Very annoying and memorable. They blamed it on U-haul and your computer system.

Light cable was too short to plug into any vehicle(about 2 feet away from the tongue)… I had to run out and buy my own cable. I have never had to do that before with U-Haul Other than that great trailer! Super clean and in really good shape.

I wanted a 15ft truck in 100 Mile House. I phoned uhaul a week before to change my two to two days and they said the was not 15ft truck in 100 Mile. So they gave me a 20ft truck then at same price. Then day before I phone local dealer and the truck got stolen and there was nothing available in 100 Mile. So next location was William's Lake. 70km away. My friend picked it up but this was a big hassle to get both names on. And the uhaul rep said I would only get billed for one day but I got billed for 2 away now. I need to phone back. And see if this gets changed. It really sucks that you line your people up to help move and then your truck is not there. My son came 500km to help. And Daughter 250km. Was very frustrating.

There is a gross discrepancy with Uhaul's mileage calculation. Today I rented a 10ft truck and sought to go to dispose of some excess items. The store is 2,8km from my house. I picked up the truck and went to my house. I then travelled 11km from my house to the dump and back, so that's 22km. I then made a second trip to the dump (11km) and then went straight back to the store which is 14km away from the dump. In total, my mileage should be 49,8 or approximately 50km. To my surprised when I returned the truck the odometer read a 59MILES total travel, which would be 94km if we are to convert it. I spoke with the lady at the store and she advised me that they do not have jurisdiction over that and that I should contact the 1800 number. I'm here still awaiting a call to rectify this glaring inaccuracy.

No one checked the uhaul to make sure it was good to go or helped me unhook the uhaul from my car. I asked for help and the person working said they could not help me and i would need to just do it myself.

My feedback has nothing to do with the pickup location, but with your company. I reserved a large trailer a month prior to moving, only to be called the day before, saying that it wasn't available, only a smaller trailer. Then the morning that I was supposed to be moving, I got a call from the pickup location telling me that there was no trailer and they didn't know why Uhaul main office had told me there was one. The only trailer was 3 hours away. Why even do reservations? The whole system is a joke.

Had a slight set back during pickup, the tail light was not working. Needed to wait 2 hours(not a big deal) to get it fixed. The wire had been broken by the previous user, and a new pig tail needed to be installed. Small things like that should be inspected prior to rental

What kind of people do you hire at this location. This one obese lady could barely keep her shit together to help finalize our reservation and pick up the uhaul we were there for 45 minutes she had to keep pausing to take a break and was uncertain of almost all details. She needs to be put on disability if she can't function like a semi normal person that is just horrible service and whoever allows her to run the desk at this location for uhaul should be under scrutiny no wonder there is a sign saying anyone who is rude will be asked to leave! I guarantee the reason why they put that sign up is because everyone is tired of dealing with someone who can barely Do her job and not well at that. Very frustrating won't be using uhaul again and will be spreading the word on this pathetic service!

I returned the truck with 1/4 tank and was charged for an empty tank. The photo my driver took did not save properly so now I'm out an extra $95 because someone decided I was lying.

Through the entire process up until the contract was created my drop off point was the place I chose unfortunately when the contract was created uhaul changed my drop off point. Upon return of the unit to what I thought was the correct place the uhaul rep did not make me aware that I was at the wrong place based on my contract, did not contact me until the unit was considered 2 days late when in fact it was returned 2 days early and then charged me for what was considered a late return based on the contract. After speaking with customer service I was told there is nothing that could be done as the changed drop point was noted in the contract. I have had many experiences with Uhaul over the years but sadly this time was disappointing due to the lack of in person communication.

I reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance and then was told that I couldn't have what I needed 3 times. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I couldn't but they would and get back to me asap. I am still waiting. Then I did not get a receipt emailed to me, as promised. Not happy at all.

I dropped the truck off the same day I rented it, yet still, instead of clearing out the bill early the bill reflects that the total time was charged even though the vehicle was back and checked in online before the first day was done.

"You have to dig it out yourself there is a shovel in the back room" in -15 and a foot of snow. Ended up having to use a jack out of my vehicle to get it lifted up to go onto my vehicle. The lady at the front desk couldn't get up out of her chair and had me go outside to get the number off of the trailer and go into the back room of the store to find a shovel.

rented a 5x8 trailor , it was buried behind a 1,5 foot snowbank. it was frozen to the ground and covered in foot of snow , i asked the cerk which one it was , was told she didn't know she couldn't see he numbers i would have to shovel it off to find out. Returned trailer was told , by a very snooty female that i would have to come back the next day to get my refund , but i Had to leave my receipt behind , i said no i don't i need the receipt to prove that i paid the deposit. she then started o yell at me and told me i was being rude. i old her to take my name and note he time and leave it for the woman in the morning , i was told no you write it down , so i proceeded to write my name and time. the whole time she was yelling at me telling me that i had to leave right now as she was calling the police , i told her go ahead and call them , i am leaving as soon s i finish writing my name down she kept yelling telling me i was being rude an pretended to all the police , i left my name on the counter and exited.

It's winter and the trailers are covered in snow. So the Customer needs to find a shovel to dig them out. Despite problems with my reservation, The Store Clerk did their best and were polite/helpful the entire time

The trailer was not washed and was dirty. The tires were completely worn out, and one of the tires had its steel belts showing. I had no choice but to take the trailer because I needed the trailer, but I was afraid of a tire explosion so I drove only 80 KM Per Hour on the highway causing traffic tie-ups. You need to look after your equipment. I thought about callng the Ministry of Transportation inspection division due to the poor state of your equipment. If the police/transportation inspection saw the tires on the road they would immediately pull the trailer from the road.

Install lifting device for hooking up trailer too tow vehicle. These double axle trailers should have them because off the back breaking task off lifting them onto the ball .

Some of the staff (the man) was doing everything he could to be helpful, but there was a new hire (a woman) who was the U-Haul agent. The new hire (the woman) barely tolerated my request to pick up the trailer. Apparently the transaction had not gone through. I then made the reservation over the phone, which she watched. Just before I hung up, she went to the rest room, and then went to her car and drove home, leaving the part-time worker to give me the trailer. He was doing his best. She was a nightmare!

The automated system meant to verify drop off of the equipment didn't work. I attempted several times without success. I ended up taking time-stamped photos that verify my drop off & condition of equipment. I mention this because I potentially had to pay for someone physically verifying my order upon retuen. I called and texted the help line and waited on both for over an hour without any successful contact from an online agent.

I had to deal with the rudest lady that rented me the trailer. She snapped at me for asking a simple question about the prior damage on the trailer. I have never been spoken to I. Such a manner before! Then when I got to my loading location and loaded the unit the trailer door would not close on the unit I rented. I will never rent from this location ever again! What a bitch! Never again!
