My experience with this location was beyond terrible. Between the poor customer service experience, to the poor maintenance of the vehicle. I would not recommend this location or this service to anyone. I could not see due to broken windshield wiper to the truck doors not closing completely. I was not satisfied nor was I happy. I made a reservation to have to repeat myself and have to pay again in store. Very unprofessional.

Hand truck wheels did not roll smoothly...I was told I could drop the key off after returning the truck. I dropped the key off in the drop box the same day...I waited to get a email from them. With the closed contract..I never heard from them. I tried calling, no one answered the phone..I had to drive back to the location to get the contact closed out...They never checked the drop off box.I watched them retrieve my key .

Wrong address and phone number listed on the reservation. Caused me to drive 20 minutes out of my way and be late to my reservation. The vehicle was damaged/ banged up. The vehicle was dirty. Hair left all over the vehicle. It smelled. There was dirty in the bed of the uhaul which made my things dirty. When dropping off the vehicle we parked next to all the other uhaul. The guy in the store told us to park it in the spot we got it from (all the way on the other end of the large parking lot) but we could not because another car was parked there and he was arguing with us that it needs to go back in that spot. Just poor service overall.

This was a horrible experience. The address for the truck pick was incorrect and very far away. I definitely lost money in gas... The 335 S Dupont address is not correct. After speaking with the Uhaul dispatch I googled the name of the store- Cigar & More Tobacco and drove to that location. The location was in a very bad neighborhood and the customer service was horrible. The attendants were rude, arrogant, extremely slow and unorganized.. Not to mention he barely spoke English. When I finally received the UHaul truck keys I was directly to walk 1/4 behind the store to get the truck. The walk was in a bad area with not lights and liquor bottles littered everywhere. I'm glad I didn't send my wife. This location is not a good U Haul location. DANGEROUS!!! Oh yeah when I got the truck the window was down and it had rained earlier. Also it was dirty

Everything went well with the process and the vehicle itself was in great condition. It was a pretty hot day but the air conditioner worked great. The vehicle was clean with the exception of there being a Pepsi bottle that had most of the fluid gone and a half of a pack of cigarettes. It didn't really leave the cab dirty. I just was concerned that it may have been assumed that i left it there.

Got charged a cleaning fee when truck was already dirty when received and a fuel charge when I dropped truck off at night with a fuel receipt. This is just a way to get more money!! Never using U-haul again!!!

Was scammed by cigar outlet. Guy at counter said we missed our booking, said it was yesterday but every email and receipt proved it was for today. We only used 40 miles but he made us pay for 90.

They gave me a price on paper and then I went on my bill and seen something else this was very disrespectful and dishonest the mileage read was off they told me it would be ok. Truck was dirty and I got the blame.truck drive crazy and was loud and smelled like dogs I mopped it so my stuff wouldn't smell but they complained… I said this is how I got the truck.. and I have pre pics and after…

It takes a while to get back your money refund

The man who checked me in had no clue on how to use the Uhaul system, it was absolutely dreadful he pulled up the wrong account took forever and charged me for a dolly I never even used. I reserved a dolly but he said it wasn't in my order so I never took it for my move.

Vehicle was filthy. It was a 20 dollar rental and showed up $53 on my credit card statement. THe place was shady as all hell.

You should consider adding instructions on where to locate the drop off key box for U-Haul. I returned the truck at night and it was hard finding the drop box for the key return.

I was told I could get there and use the mobile app there. Well that ain't go well in the morning.. So I had to be wait 1 in half hours for the store to open .

The owner did his best to help but the unit I was forced to take was not what I ordered. The lower driver side mirror was damaged and unusable which was a safety concern. The location was also far away from my home instead of multiple closer locations.

Location barged me an additional $50 for equipment that I did not use. This was charged to my card a week after the rental was completed.

I was guaranteed a truck at 3 didn't receive a truck until after 6 by then I paid for it and had to bring it right back because it was too late for my help to help me they have jobs they needed to get to so I paid 56 for nothing because I was guaranteed a truck by 3 and it wasn't available
