I left my personal car keys in the cup holder in the cab!! I was unable to retrieve them when i dropped off the key! Please take note my keys are still there!

Mark PI feel like I was ripped off they said I drove 115 miles and I don't think I did I know I didn't and he said it was $30 a day when I rented it but when I brought it back he said it was 40 from Friday to Tuesday it was $400 I think that's ridiculous

Noel FIt was frustrating to have to remove rental equipment from the truck and bring it inside. I've never had to do that before. It was also frustrating to have to fold the furniture pads or be charged $25. Again, I've never had to do that before on a one way or roundtrip experience. It was a convenient location and easily accessible but they had a lot for you to do like moving the truck also.
Crystal HI returned the truck to Citgo, no qualified person there to check in the van, no receipt available, no way to return boxes, would not give me anything in writing regarding the return. Received receipt next day thru email. Due a credit for mileage...rate was based on 788 miles, only went 688 or so, I think.

sterlina jIt was an older truck, the windshield had a crack when renting that wasn't visible when inspecting. Hidden by the wipers.

Daniel CWe have used Haul several times over the past few years. The only complaint I have is that this is the second time I have requested/reserved a 20 ft. truck only to go pick it up and have a 26 ft truck instead. We really did not want such a big truck because of it being more difficult to drive.

Brian DI needed to move some patio furniture from one location to 5 miles down the road to another and the uhaul location is half a mile from where I picked the uhaul up at. There were 2 trucks on the lot, one had a sign in window for $19,99 and the other had no sign. I inquired about the $19,95 truck for a 1 hr rental and was told it was already taken. So I ended up with the bigger truck which cost $39.95, used approx a gallon of gas, went 11 miles total, had truck for less than a hour, and paid $60. The price was horrible. The reps were nice so I guess that made up for it.

Mark PThe cashier was very short about all information and just kinda threw the keys at me and said put gas in it before it comes back. The inside also smelled horrible.
Jerica PU-Haul should give some kind of discount for disabled veterans. Even if it's just a Discounted hand truck rental.
