Nelson RLooking to rent from here again in the future. Hopefully Uhaul themselves fixes their checkin/checkout part of their website. Called the renter and Neil answered immediately and resolved my issue.

Thomas SThe physical location was great - easy to access and do a digital pickup. The website, though, was a major hassle with very slow loading and lots of errors. Also note that the location closes pretty early, so using a digital drop off (with the difficult website) is necessary to avoid fees. Hopefully Uhaul gets the website fixed up soon! Otherwise this location was great.

Rollinson RI originally reserved the truck at a different location. I reserved for an 8am pickup which was confirmed. When I arrived there I was told by the gas station attendant that the U-Haul manager does not arrive until 9am. That was disappointing. I called U-Haul at an 800 number and was helped immediately by an agent that transferred my reservation to City Suburban.

DAVID KThe back of the vehicle had A LOT of leaves inside. I could not get out friom where it was parked until another vehicle was moved. Although I had signed up for U-Haul.com earlier, I had to once again take photos of my liscense when picking up the vehicle. Although I was finally able to check the vehicle in after hours for the first time, I don't appreciate having to take as many pictures of the vehicle, it's status, location to complete the process. Mileage and fuel capacity, I understand. The rest of the process was PAINFUL!!! And $1,49 / mile, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!! If the company I work with did not use U-Haul, I would not use them again.
Christopher TWhen I scheduled the rental I did not see any indication it would be a remote pick up. I suspect there may have been language about this but if there was it was not highlighted. Better communication is needed. Also the padlock that held the rental key was very fussy, and it was apparent when I called this is a common thing. Had me panicking for a hot second. Either communicate about that or find a better option? The van was very clean and ran well, and the rest of the process was user friendly. Merci.
