It's located at a junkyard first of all!! Had to wait 37 minutes before being assisted and was NEVER greeted! Got in the truck & there was soda spilled on the seats & in the floorboards & there was dirt in the floorboard on the driver side. Looked in the back of the truck once I got to my location & it was FILTHY!!

The people renting the U-Haul truck were very nice and accommodating . I would gladly use them again. Thank you, Larry

They were late to get us our truck. The truck was not clean. They gave us two sets of keys. They had to come get the second set of keys and they realized they gave us the wrong truck. Paperwork had to be redone to show which truck we received. Then to drop it off we went to the location provided and they wouldn't accept it. We had to go some where else. Worst experience getting a uhaul which I've done multiple times.

The staff was very nice, however, the day I picked up my uhual it was raining cats and dogs and the location is very muddy so I had to walk through mud. I had to wait for someone to get there to help me with paperwork. The person helping me wasn't too sure of how everything worked so she called a relative to help her. Which is ok I guess? After finally getting everything set in stone which took well over an hour. I went off to get the uhual which was parked in the back where an SUV was blocking it in. I sat in the uhual for a good 30 minutes while staff attempted to tie down the suv and pull it out so I could drive out. The Uhual was very dirty in the cab and in the back storage area. I was very disappointed as this was my first experience with uhual.

This pickup location provided no parking to get into the vendor. There was nowhere to even walk up to the front door of the business. They had to check the trailer prior after it was hooked up to my vehicle to ensure no one was living inside the trailer. This pickup location was sketchy at best. Uhaul changed my pickup location preference without consulting myself as I had chosen a safer pickup location. I would never use uhaul again if there was another option.

Being a single woman I would not have gone there to pick it up being a wrecking yard.

Oil/wrench light on at start up . Truck dirty . 1/4 tank of fuel. Had to wait while headlight was replaced. Location was a mess, looked like a junkyard . Manager was good , but other employees were morons . Truck all beat up . Ran poorly , suspension loose. Truck was not inspected or prepted before we got there. Uhaul needs to send a inspector to this location

You can make sure that the location and equipment that I reserved are available as promised. The original rental location had the equipment that I reserved, however they were not open. After waiting for 30 minutes I called the customer service line and they were unable to reach anyone at the Hamburger Heaven rental located in Waxahachie, TX. I was told I would have to go pick up at the location in Ennis but the trailer was enclosed instead of the open trailer with a ramp that I really needed. This put me two hours behind schedule and I missed an appointment. Not to mention the additional gas and miles I had to put on my own vehicle to accommodate U-Haul. The Ennis location was great but even with that being said I will never use U-Haul again. It was a hassle and the $50 guarantee is a lie. Next time I need a trailer with a ramp I will definitely get one elsewhere.

Difficult to park, no actual parking lot for returns.

Well it was filthy inside and out, I brang it back with full tank of gas, witch I know ya'll just want 3/8, very over priced, I didn't use it but only 5 hours, and didn't even meat the milage. Was charged 185 bucks

The location was fine. What was not fine is that I reserved this trailer on line and was told that it could be picked up in Waxahachie - a location 10 miles from our house. Instead, when I got there the was no trailer and I had to drive to Ennis - over 30 miles away. Why does U-Haul even have an online reservation when it doesn't mean anything? This is the third time I have had this problem of reserving a trailer for a specific location and when I get there nothing is available.

The woman is a liar and a thief. The truck was driven around 55 miles and was charged for 90 miles.inside the building looks like it has never been cleaned and smelt bad with cans of Lysol sitting around.I told her how far we drove and she said that she had checked the mileage herself before we left and after we returned that 90 miles was correct.I will report this every where that I can.I am very upset about this.
