People that worked there were not helpful. Phone service not good at location. The guy that worked the rentals was not at location (was not after- hours)

Trevor BIt was a challenge getting verified. I understand there was so hiccups on my end (I put in my friends number-Michael, and he forgot who I was (older guy), and then I had to call in. I was told to redo my verification process and then I called in again. It took me almost a whole hour. However, I was finally on my way, picked up my equipment, and returned the truck. Lastly, ensuring the key was secure with the combination lock was a bit tricky, getting the lock to stay in place. I got the lock through the little hole, held back the little unlock mechanism on the lock and simultaneously rolled the combination in several directions and the lock Locked in place. Woohooo!!! Thanks U-Haul.

Patti HU Haul rep was very rude. He didn't check the truck before we got it so he didn't know what shape it was in. He wasn't there to check it when we brought it back. I called and asked for a receipt because I needed it for my records. He said I'd have to come get it in person. He was not there so I had to wait on him. Then he said he wanted to charge 50 cents for it. I asked for a detailed receipt but all he gave me was the total. Very rude. He gave U-Haul a bad name.
mike mStop over charging people!! I used a $29,95 truck for 3 hours and got charged almost $170. It's bullshit!
Tracy BVery upset because found out that there were two locations in Savannah,TN I could have left the unit. I had to drive 21 miles to Clifton which caused me to have a mileage overage. These locations were not an option on the website.

SAMUEL SThis is for UHAUL Over all not necessarily the pick up location. this is the second time in 2 months that I needed to use Uhaul Both times was just terrible. Not only did they change my pick up location four times but they were rude on the phone. The first time, I had a flat and had to wait almost six hours to get it fixed. I will most likely use another service from now on. the pick up spot was thirty minuets out of my way. when I got there and told the lady I was there for Uhaul pick up, the lady gave me a look as if I was putting her out. I had to check in with the owner on the phone. The drop off place was extremely helpful and did what they could to fix the problem but Uhaul never got back to me.
MARC MTruck was so far out of alignment it was hard to keep on road.
Daryle MTrailer leaked water. Everything I'm bottom got soaked. Also had to tighten hitch at every stop.

John SGreat & helpful service. We would gladly recommend this location as a drop off spot. We plan on using them as a pick up location in the near future. Very pleasant experience all around.

BILLY PUhaul messed up my reservation and it took 3 hours to get a trailor. They didn't even have the one I reserved so I had to get a different one. The whole thing was a big mess. They changed my pick up location as well. Not Happy at all and I want a refund!
