The ac was not working correctly. It seemed to work on the way to my first stop. After truck was loaded and good to go the ac wasn't. Tried everything to get it to work again. After I unloaded truck to bring it back rhe ac seemed to work again. Just weird.

One suggestion. I was surprised that the trailer was a four point wiring harness when my truck has a 7 point round one. The trip from there to the auto parts store to get an adapter was without lights. Should have been clear when the reservation was made that it required that type of hook up. Other than that - went better than I expected.

Your electronic billing is terrible and older folks will have a hard time dealing with it. The other problem is that the information in your system at pick up was wrong, and the person behind the counter is not able to correct it. At the return of the rental, your "automated" system generated a bill that is charging me $27 for fuel. I did fill up the tank to the level indicated at pick up. I can document all these with pictures.

Desk clerk had no idea how to work computer system. Took an hour and 30 minutes to get rental processed. Overcharged me for coverage, tried to charge an extra $100 for a deposit hold when I paid with credit card. Called corporate phone number 3 times to confirm that hold is only for cash payment.

Make the check out process clearer. Especially verification via the mobile app and expectations on how to verify identify. For example: 2 contacts or passport + uploading license and pictures. I can't imagine how terrible it would have been if I had gone before the location was open and was stuck unable to check out due to if requirements after driving to the U-Haul pickup

Even though we had moved to Carbondale, PA, I still kept my storage at this facility in Lords Valley because of past experiences. I always enjoyed speaking to the manager and the area is easily accessed. The manager always made it a pleasure to be there!
