Great place. I used mobile pick up but still had to get the keys for the truck from an employee. I paid for a dolly and did not receive one. I thought it would be in the back of the truck but it wasn't. To I'mprove for the next customer make sure the customer has everything they paid for and agreed upon before letting them leave with the truck.

Troy MI go to turn in the keys at 1pm out on break so where is the other help? I go to turn the keys in again at 4pm because the place closes at 5pm but the owner or whoever he is is at the gate after I pull up to the place of business leaving to go home. I catch him at the gate to tell him I'm trying to turn in a Uhaul and he takes the key and says I'll send you a email Sunday morning. Like what?

He did an excellent job from beginning to end and was a 100 % improvement over staff that worked there a few years ago. The highest commendation to him and your company for the excellent equipment. I was very pleased with the enclosed trailer's quality and performance. It rode so smoothly and securely behind a Mercedes ML 350 that there was not one moment of concern about it. Thanks for making a 2,400-mile haul go so well.

Laura VI booked my reservation and was contacted to have it moved to another location. That one was a little further out but in the direction I was going to be traveling …West. The next morning I was contacted again at 7 am and informed my reservation was going to be moved to another location but this was 9 miles east. This added 18 miles of travel to my billing. I had not budgeted for this but felt forced to accept the Reservation as I did not have any choice . Time was of the essence. Next the truck didn't have any washer fluid and the visibility on the windshield was terrible. It had not been washed in ages. This was definitely a safety hazard. I scheduled mobile check but the website froze. The person working at the storage stated that the connection doesn't work well near the building. He was a very friendly sales rep and I was glad he was present as my phone did not have service. I wish however someone would have told me that I would get a text to document the damages. I was already driving away when the text came so I had to stop and park and upload the photos. Overall not a great experience and I have rented from Uhaul plenty of times throughout my military career.

Alexander SWhen I pulled up my contract on my phone, it gave me a location to drop off the truck. I went to this location, I was supposed to return it at 8:30 in the morning, I sat outside this location for an hour waiting for somebody to come. We tried calling the phone, only to find out that their memory was full. Absolutely nobody would answer this phone! When I called another location and asked if I could drop off their location, they said there's a U-Haul dropbox, just put the keys and contract in there. So I did that! For the next two days I dealt with U-Haul calling me to find out where my truck was because it wasn't dropped off where it was supposed to be. It's dropped off where my contract told me I needed to drop it off at! Nobody was there, nobody answered the phone, and when I called somebody else, they told me just to drop off the keys. You haul, you suck! That's the only way I can put it!!!
Erin SI was out of town for six month and I left all my two bedroom apartment furniture at the storage (climate controlled). I just came back from my trip and I found everything in perfect conditions. I absolutely recommend this storage and the prices are very reasonable.

Chris MMy overall experience was terrible, I have to drive an hour from my house to pick up a truck I reserved two weeks in advance. I lost 2 hours round trip plus gas on my personal vehicle.
Eric VWe reserved the trailer on line for the Pass Road U-Haul location. When we arrived we were told that our reservation had been redirected to Climate Safe which was 25 miles in the opposite direction. Although the on-site experience met my expectation, the reservation process and communication needs to be improved.

James CNo one was there to tell me where to park the trailer. Finally a guy came out and told me where to park it. I had to go outside the location and back it in. I asked if he can give me a receipt and he told me to call back on Monday. Didn't trust the situation so I called customer service and the girl was very helpful. She checked me in and assured me that there should not be a problem.

James NHaving a person who shouldn't be lifting the trailer to hich up locations is liable for back injury. Same with drop off, but they did have, but told me the policy was not to help. Bullshit corp crap. Don't rent trailers if they can't help hitch up.
James WThe auto transport I used was new so I was very pleased with that. However, what made the experience was Ms. Donna, she provided polite, professional, courteous service. If all UHAUL employees were like Ms. Donna you would put all competitors out of business. You should give Ms. Donna a raise right now!

Kingsley FThe owner was unwilling to provide receipts for charges and became verbally abusive when receipts were requested each month. He said it was too much work and terminated our lease. I would advise anyone looking for a storage unit to steer clear of this one. There are many options in the area with professional staff that can work their accounting systems.

The help line was so loud I heard everything she said over the phone. I called to complain to Uhaul service number and was told since she was not talking to me I could not make a complaint. Nguyet LAll went well until the roof collapsed on our unit (after a rain). The owner had workers move our items to another unit and said they'd dried that got wet. Several months later we moved back into our renovated house and found a box containing a series of art books (with portfolios of each artist's work) had been left wet and were covered in black mold. To say we are devastated is an understatement.

A day later they when they began to upload my data the canceled my original contract and mistakenly created a new contract but mand Columbus the city not Columbia. The has created all kind of issues turning the truck and I have had to go to my bank to contest wrong charges on my debt card. This locate it the worst I have every used!
