Clifford PThe location I rented from was great. However when I went online to reserve the truck the night before. The online site told me that I have to drive 70 miles south of my location to pick up the truck I needed. I cancelled my online order and went to my local location the next day and they had 3 trucks in the size I needed sitting idle. There is a computer glitch that needs to be fixed.

Savannah GI booked a truck for a certain time. The truck was not returned on time by the previous user and I had to wait 1 hour for the rep to help me because she was on the phone and I did mine through mobile. I was really upset because I had only a certain amount of time to deliver an item and I was late delivering it and getting back to work. Not worth $100 in my opinion since my time was wasted.

Daren LClean the vehicles, this one smelled of cigarette smoke and I rented to deliver decorations for a party. I don't want them dirty and smoke filled. The inside can had food crumbs all over the floor, cup holders etc. the back of the van was equally as dirty. Then when I did online check in was going to charge me a $25. Cleaning fee. I rent almost every weekend and the location I usually rent from are not in this condition.

Byron EReplace cracked windshield as it whistles. Driver brake light doesn't work. Steering pulls to the right. The ease of pick up and drop off is great as well as the owners/employees are pleasant.

raymond MHello there, let me start off by saying that the staff was super friendly at the Denison, TX location but we had some hiccups. The original rental location in Sherman, TX had issues with his 20' truck so they had to downgrade me to a 15' that was in Denison, TX instead. (The Sherman, TX associate was extremely professional and super helpful by the way. He called me Saturday and informed me and tried everything he could to help me.) Now when I arrived at the Denison location for pickup, I was made aware that they did not have a dolly, which I had reserved. That hindered my move a bit but we made it work. Overall the associates were extremely helpful but the only issues were with scheduling and inventory. If I were asked if I would go through the same process with the same circumstances, I would. Not a terrible experience.

brenda d | Expérience généraleThis has been one of the worst storage units I've ever used. From the first day I got my until all the way till the last day. When I came looking for a storage they only had the biggest ones available so that's what I had to purchase, that's fine, but also the storage unit did have bed frames and trash and more furniture inside of it that I had to take to the trash. A few months pass & fast forward to the process of moving out, this facility had charged my card and it was never authorized by the card holder, the workers never even informed me of charging the card at all. Workers stated that you are NOT allowed to throw any trash in their dumpster, despite the dumpsters always being full with trash and furniture all around it. During the process of getting my money refunded the office ladies STATED that they would be "waiting a few days" to refund my money because they didn't want to refund it yet, they decided to keep some of my money so I did not receive a full refund! These ladies that work up here have been very unhelpful and disrespectful, coming out while I am loading my items on to a trailer trying to give us a hard time every day. Worst storage unit I've ever had to deal with!!
