We ordered an appliance dolly and it was NOT in the truck and no one was around to assist us!

Gentleman at the drop off location was awesome we were dropping off the trailer was very helpful and unhooking it as when it was put on it was put on wrong. Very helpful and very cordial

They are a service center and uhaul is a sideline. There is never a dedicated person inside to assist uhaul issues. Nice guys; but busy with oil and tires and not always able to drop what they are into

Out going truck mileage on paper receipt was 40 miles less than actual mileage on the truck. I should have checked the mileage before I left cobs 2 location. I wound up paying almost $40 dollars more. I can't trust them anymore.

Had everything ready for me. Staff was very friendly and explained everything to me. Returning the equipment was fast and again staff was friendly and quick to get me in and out! Great job!

I would not recommend Cobb 2 location in Marianna Florida. This was the return location on my contract and when I arrived the gentleman told me in a rude tone I would have to take it to another location because he had to many of that size trailer. I told him that this is the location where I was instructed to return the trailer. He said in a rude fine just drop it where it's at and walked out of the office.

The U-Haul personnel at this location did a fine job. The truck had just been returned by another customer but they had it ready to go for pick up. No complaints.

The truck had roaches in cab and in box area when picked up. There was pet hair in box and assuming the allergic reaction I had it was cat. The app did not work for drop off

I rented a auto transport I needed it for 1 day 99$ a bit pricy said I could keep it for three i said I only need it for one I see why so pricy scam, then insurance. Should of been $8 a day thy charge me $30 said sence you could of use it for three days no refund nope not recommending U haul 

I will not be recommending U-Haul to my friends but not due to this location. Penske will be my choice on the next move as I have used them in the past - cheaper, more accurate truck/trailer information, able to work with my return time, unlimited mileage, better gas (diesel) mileage, able to connect my phone to truck radio for hands free device, etc...

When going through the process of picking up the truck, I would have felt better if the photos of the truck had been current. The photos appeared to be from when the truck was new. The photos did not show any scratches on the vehicle and also included the original chrome-plated front bumper.
