Robert SMake sure there isn't any computer errors that take over a half hour to figure out. Also, we ordered a dolly and there wasn't one inside the back. Now I have to call and probably spent another half hour to hour on the phone with them, again.
Steven WHe added protection charges without asking me, was very unfriendly. Was charged for 2 days even though I only had the trailer for a few hours.

DENA KThe truck should have been clean. There was mud caked on the box and mud flaps and undercarriage. The truck pulled to the left and extremely noisy.

Brian TI rented this trailer (5' x 8') from Cooks Performance Diesel in Clio Michigan. The U-Haul Rep (Katie) was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. This location is easy to get to from anywhere in Genesee County. I will rent from here again when the need arises. Thank you,

Todd SI picked up the 15ft truck and auto transport. I had great service from the point of pick up. Only problem I had was the uhaul truck didnt have the correct amount of fuel it showed. Talked to the manager she said we would take care of it.

Annette CYou charged me 2 times and it was 6 days before that money was back in my account!! That $820,5 was supposed to pay for my hotel. And I think since you messed up, you could of taken off the $200 that you charged for extra mileage. I didn't even get an apology from you.
Kellie SI had to go to another location to get a truck. The store on Thompson Road in Fenton Mi did not open. How to start out a bad day. Then the after hours app was not working and had to call UHAUL again and was on hold for 20 minutes. So now all 3 stores in Fenton are closed. Be careful when renting UHAUL they might not be there. I was told someone would be contacting me but 3 days later no one has. What a freaking nightmare. Now I had to pay for more milage and fuel costs also for their mistakes.
