Dale PaulMy reservation included a dolly, but it wasn't with the truck when we picked it up. So we had to spend two hours of moving day trying to find one to rent. Now we have to drive that dolly two hours back to that location because it couldn't be dropped off with the truck.
Zach HillTruck was dirty, no blankets and the rep showed up 45 min late on my pickup date.
WILLIAM GRESHAMMake sure to explain how the gas credit works. I was told to drop the truck off with the same amount of fuel it had when picking it up. To keep the gas credit, it must be returned with at least 1/4 of a tank. I was not informed of this until drop off.
Stacy BlairI went to the site a couple of days before I was to pick up the truck. The young lady, Haley, could not have been more helpful. This was not the problem. The problem was when my wife and I went back on Saturday morning to pick up the vehicle! Cotton States Barns is not open on Saturdays. Therefore I had to use the APP process to actually rent the vehicle. I have been renting automobiles and trucks for over 40 years. I have never been through anything like this before! This process took my wife and me over one and a half hours to finally get the truck! I had two young men sitting and waiting on me where we were to load. I was paying them to wait on me. The app would not load while we were at the site. We spoke to 3-4 service representatives who were trying to refresh the site to no avail. Even after the 90 minutes the lock code would not work, nor would line up properly. The lock was old and the numbers were rusted. This needed to be replaced. Even after the lock was opened, we had to go through the picture process including a picture of the front and back of my license. This made four times I have sent a picture to your company in the various processes to rent the truck. I will never go through this App process again. This was the worst rental experience of my life. It will be very interesting if I do not hear back from U-Haul!

Jeffrey McGriffTruck was dirty, had a large slice in the side of truck that let in tons of water, all my stuff was soaked. Ordered 3 dozen pads, only 1 dozen in the truck plus 2 dollies that I didn't order. Called but got no return call. This was a remote pickup

Rodney EstesThe truck I rented and had a reservation for took me 2 hours to get being given the wring key and then having to wait for the person in charge handle her other business she is running before I could get the right one .....then the truck broke down and I spent 3 hours waiting for a tow and spent hour after hour on phone with u haul trying to settle my bill to no avail only to receive a phone call the next morning from a man who was beyond rude about a refrigerator that was in the back of the truck ....say to come handle this shit or he was going to dump it in my fucking yard ..... Well when the dispatch ask if there was anything in the truck I told them . I also stated that I would take care of it I just needed to know where the truck would be taken ....so that being said I go to the location in which I picked the truck up to handle bill and cargo in truck only to be treated rudely..being blocked in regards to paying my bill and removing cargo left in truck and was told that she had customers and that I would be sent a bill .....well later that evening I went to the grocery store and go to pay for my purchase and my card was declined .....the place where I got the truck did not bill me they debited my account for an ungodly amount and never informed me that they were I believe that is thief by deception ....it is not my fault that the truck broke down and I tried doing right by them ......they were rude and disrespectful .....do not go to this place for any reason or business's very deceptive people
