Mark BLocation a little hard to figure out, but they were very responsive.
Mark ATrailer with brake tongue was very noisy when stopping in city traffic(was that normal?) Drop off in Tucson was poorly executed, by corporate call center and receiving facility.

Michael MThe person at the counter refused to get up and check my vehicle and he simply took my keys and said he would do it later there was no one in the store he was sitting on the counter it was very quiet and he was doing literally nothing. I said I would like the keys back so I could take a picture to show that the fuel is at the correct level he gave me the keys and never said a word. I let them know since you're not going to check me in I want to take pictures of everything he just looked at me. Worthless employee horrible representative of U-Haul

EOLEGARIO WI was very disappointed that they charged for being over 4,5 miles $4,5 not the money so much but the principle. It seems a little petty to me! I was going to schedule a trailer hitch installation next week in the store in Las Cruces but I am not now. They gave me a quote but I will get it done elsewhere.
Gerald SUhaul needs to remove their equipment from the lordsburg new mexico location. I only had to use this loction because the geniuses in lordsburg do not check the trucks before they are picked up. Uhaul found me another location to use in a hurry. Customer servie from uhaul was amazing.

TIMOTHY MWhen we got the uhaul, the low tire pressure light was on. We had to drive around to find an air compressor and fill the tire. The light went off and we then had no problem. However, when we returned the it, we were charged for going a mile over. Which is crazy. We drove for approximately a mile to find a working air compressor. Please consider this review as a request to make this correct as it was unfair. The mileage was over due to the truck having a low tire in your possession.

Rich JBoth pick up and drop off were great Cust service. It's the reservations people who need to inform us ahead of time so we can plan for the trip instead of disabled people like me being completely screwed and ill prepaired
SARAH MI had a blow out of the passenger side tire on the U-Haul trailer on hwy 93 just north of Wickenberg, AZ. U-Haul was called and they dispatched Cesar Castillo of Castillo's Toeing from Goodyear, AZ. He and his wife went above and beyond to help me by repairing a broken spring hanger u bolt and got me on my way again! Thanks again Cesar Castillo and your wife!

Patrick MThis location is not open on weekends so you must return the rental via the website. This was difficult and cumbersome. Impossible to return truck if you do not have a smart phone. Very very difficult.

philipp mTruck had mechanical problems we had to fix trailer parking lights fuse. Trailer light connection was made to short and caused it to pull out and drag on the ground. Trailer axles had greese/oil comming out of the hubs. Truck was not fully cleaned when we picked it up and only had an 1/8th of a tank of gas.
