The person who helped me was awesome. Friendly and very helpful however, the facility was kind of run down. The employee made it acceptable.

Easy transaction, needed large truck to pick up new furniture.

The uhaul drove poorly and had a marijuana roach clip between the seats. We received it with no gas in the tank and tried to call the leasing office with no response. After driving across 4 states and getting prepared to return the uhaul, we discovered there was no oil in the engine. When roadside assist was called at 8:30 pm (after realizing there was no oil), I was told the provider would be here in 1 hr. I did not get any response from the provider until 12:30 am after I had went to bed. Roadside assistance called a couple of times to see if the provider had arrived before midnight. Added oil myself and took it back. Bad experience for a long distance move and will just hire movers next time for the cost of renting a Uhaul. At least I don't have to worry about gas and oil or being pulled over with unknown paraphernalia in the vehicle.

The key was not in the right lock box ,your automated system is frustrating to say the least the truck was not even locked and drivers door was barely closed it took the poor lady that we finally got to talk to a lot of work to help us locate the key she was great her name was Christine will never rent from uhaul again if we can't do it through a dealer in person.

Was switched to this rinky-dink, part time facility at a trailer park instead of the authentic U-Haul location, less than three miles away, where I usually do business. Nobody on hand when I arrived and I had to go onto a field with one trailer and a truck where I hooked up the trailer and repeatedly called the phone number given for this site, only to get a recorded message, stating somebody would return my call. Finally, I saw somebody drove into the office and so I drove down there with the trailer where the lady completed the paperwork and sent me on my way.

I could not figure out the app to drop the u-haul off and there was no shop, only an empty field lady was very nice the next day and took care of it but the drop off was very frustrating

I was told the trailer would be at one location , but no one was there and no trailer was there (main location in Paducah). Then I went to another location where I got the trailer, but they didn't have the two dozen blankets I reserved. They didn't even carry any blankets! Then I had to go back to main Paducah location where again I couldn't find anyone!! Finally I found a guy who didn't know his head from a hole in the ground and got the blankets, but he couldn't even figure out how to ring them up!!! This guy shouldn't be left in charge of anything!!!!! I also got a call from some dummy in Memphis, but when I tried to call her back the line disconnected over and over. Whoever made my reservations should be fired and the dim wit kid who was the only one on the property at the main Paducah location should be fired too. What should have been a 15 minute process, took three hours. The place I finally got a trailer had nice and helpful employees.

They didn’t close out my contract so I got charged $400 for a trailer I returned over 3 weeks ago.
