If it's raining and you're trying to haul things in and out of that truck the whole half a truck gets wet..there should be some sort of protection.Small gutter to catch rain and run off the sides

Adam VThe fact that I was charged an extra $21 for gas when I returned it just a *touch* under 3/4 tank was ridiculous! I drove the thing 28 miles total, and put $15 in gas in it!!! Very sad!

robert SInside of the equipment was an absolute mess. Staff had to clean it out before hooking it up. Also the inside creeked and groaned like the floor was going to give out. Pickup and drop off were easy and the staff were very helpful however.
Raymond SThe rental agent was great. I've rented from them many times in the past. The truck however was not great. It ran fine on regular pavement but the highways in Wisconsin were textured concrete and the truck ran like it was driving over logs. Something with the tread on the tires maybe? It made for a miserable drive.
Louis LI had three guys "helping" me and it took 45 minutes to get my trailer. The main guy that was supposed to be helping me was mostly ignoring me and cursing under his breath about how "fucking busy" the store was. There was only one person in line ahead of me. I think one of the other guys was drinking because he smelled like booze. It was very frustrating and uncomfortable
Donald STruck was not clean - needed to swept out before we could load. Seemed to charge way too much for the gas I used. I was charged $39,5 for 8 gallons of gas; that is $4,93 per gallon when gas is currently around $3.40. It should have been closer to $27.00.

JANIS sThe Trailer was extreamly heavy to lift on my trailer hitch. Needs a trailer hitch jack installed.
Darren KPut jacks on the trailers, hurt my back lifting the trailer off the hitch, never seen trailers that size without jacks.

David RThe girl that helped us with some of the rental pick-up was not friendly at all. She seemed frustrated, did not appear to know what she was doing & even snapped at one of her co-workers during the transaction . The young men that assisted with the remainder of process were helpful & kind.
Jodi WI was not able to use the uhaul I rented one way. I was able to rent a large uhaul for $340 one way. Ultimately, I chose the inconvenience route to rent uhaul and bring back for a much cheaper price.
DARIN AThe sales attendant left me to lift the trailer off my vehicle alone. Very heavy, dangerous, and could have been completely avoided. Thumbs down.

Jeremy SThe tire straps are really frayed and do not go through the ratchet... I had to use vise grips to force it through... They should be replaced, store was great, they should really clean the snow off of the trailer though

Josh NThe use of the equipment was great. I put 8 miles on the truck and a $22 fuel usage fee was added after I put fuel in the truck. I won't rent from this location again. We have rented from them many times in the past. The system of figuring out fuel used at this location is horrible. Why would anyone think $22 for fuel for 8 miles of driving is reasonable?
Joe JDon't put on your website that there will be a discount if vehicle is not ready. I had to wait because the gas was siphoned till they got a gallon of gas to be able to start it you would charge me extra if I dropped it off late in a heart beat.

Andrew BLocation was changed at the last minute, 20 miles away in the opposit e direction I was going. Did not have the truck I reserved, it was way oversized. Packing blankets that I ordered were not available. Truck was dirty and had dog hair in it. I had to clean it myself. Ended up with a flat tire 1/2 way through my trip.
Craig CRenting from the Country Village Ace Hardware was a wonderful experience. The staff was ready to go with the rental and agreement information. They even walked me out to the vehicle to ensure I was satisfied with it's condition and fuel level. All around a very professional and personable experience!
Nathaniel EWell the gas being siphoned out of the tank was not the biggest issue. It was the fact that when I got the truck and did my pre trip inspection it was 2 quarts low on oil. Most customers wouldn't have checked it. Also the vehicle should be checked out before it's rented out. It was very unprofessional
