The lady seemed not really helpful or maybe knowledgeable in letting me know what was going on. Not something I do everyday and she wasn't forthcoming with any information to help me understand things. Also why do you have to wait for the next day to get your credit back, they took my money immediately but I have to wait,we were back at 3pm do you close that early?

As stated above, this vehicle has very minor issues. A focus on maintaining even the aesthetics would generate a higher rapport with the customer. Your app is amazing, and will be taking inspiration from it in my job as well.

This was the best experience I've had with U-Haul and I have done service with U-Haul many times. They are very friendly and cleanly about their equipment, they help you and show you how to set it all up and are the perfect U-Haul to use. Rented a pull trailer at this establishment a week in advance. Upon arrival they did not have a trailer for us at all after we already paid and had a receipt. We had to end up going to another location to find a trailer. We will never use this facility again.

The customer service rep was rude and not helpful, she acted like it was our fault we asked if military discount was applicable, the number we called advised us to ask this place for military discount, we did and had a rude response because she had to readjust and do extra paper work. She seemed displeased that she had extra paper work even though we was the only people in line. The truck was dusty and wasn't sanitized, had mild crumbs.

Passenger window crank was broken. So had to travel without air and window down!! No effort to tell what the tow button was used for, so it cost a lot more gas. We weren't towing anything! There should be a return of $$ for the problems!! It shouldn't have cost $125 for gas for 237 miles!
