Lubricate the rachets on the Car Dolly, it took a bit to get them open. Gentleman was pleasant and easy to work with.

jerry stolarskiWhen we picked up the truck, our order of a furniture dolly and a dozen furniture pads were not in the truck. There was also no contract in the truck. We got a dolly from the business dock and 11 pads from a truck parked next door. These pads had been used by the previous customer and that was apparent. Ther was not a dozen in that truck.

ROBERT NIXThe staff at this location were great to work with and the truck was just what we had reserved. I guess it has just been too long since I have ridden in a U-Haul truck. It was very noisy, seals in windows etc. let in tons of road noise. The suspension on the truck was not good. It needed shocks. Every bump we hit, sounded and felt like a bomb had gone off under us.
Douglas VilbaumI made my reservation online for 4:15, showed up at 3:40 just as the lady was about to lock up and leave. Was told they close at 4, so why was I allowed to make a pickup reservation for 4:15? After completing paperwork, the lady left and my children and I loaded the trailer ourselves only to discover it had a flat tire after we pulled it out of the knee high weeds. I was not available to get anyone by phone so we had to fill it up with air twice during the time we had it.

Garrett JerryI am a non smoker and I know you can't stop people from smoking in the rental but it smelled so bad of smoke and there were ashes everywhere in the cab. There was a sticky mess in all of the cup holders. Not to mention the current situation the vehicle should be cleaned.

MARK GILESYou can honor a confirmed reservation. I reserved a 26' truck. The day before I was to pick up, the owner called me to tell me that someone else, someone without a reservation, needed the truck to move to Conroe. I confirmed my reservation for the truck for January 2, 2021. When I arrived on January 2nd, the owner informed me that UHAUL overrode his decision and gave the truck the the person without a reservation. I do not believe that someone overrode the decision. I believe that more money was to be made with the secondary client, regardless of the fact that I am a repeat customer to that particular location. What can be done is that reservations can be honored. Crockett is very small and rental venues very limited. Honor and integrity are important to me an should be to the brand. Because I had to get a smaller truck, I had to pay the movers for more hours because the 20' truck could not accommodate all of my belongings in one travel trip.
