john T.The young lady helping me was very nice and very busy! She did the best she could and was attentive. Gave only 4 stars because of the equipment and not because of her. Rachets were rusted and hard to use, during my trip down they came loose multiple times and its was a big pain! I paid several hundred dollars for a head ache. The rachets need replaced before renting it to someone else.

Lane R.Somehow I got WAY overcharged, as in more than $700 for a $200 job. I asked Crosby's to fix it, and they said that UHaul takes my money, so I would have to correct it with UHaul. The first person I spoke to at UHaul said Crosby's had my money and I'd have to fix it with them, so I called Crosby's back. They said all the money goes through UHaul's system and gave me another number to call UHaul back. I still had to argue with the next person I spoke to at UHaul, but she finally created a discrepancy ticket and about 10 days later my money was finally refunded. I suggest UHaul personnel be better trained to handle errors

Helena F.Would recommend to a friend, but would emphasize the need to manage the return process. I did a 1 day rental and returned the unit same day at 3pm as planned. Was told they didn't have access to the system to process the return and to just leave the trailer. 4 days later I received a bill for a 3 day rental. I called the store for assistance but they said they didn't handle billing issues (!?) and for me to contact U-Haul directly. U-Haul regional manager had to get involved to correct the issue.

LARRY O.UHaul moved my reservation drop-off location after calling me to confirm it was Crosby and me confirming a few times in Albuquerque that it was, in fact, Crosby's. Once I got there, they said that UHaul has been switching reservation return locations without telling customers, and it's confusing on all ends. They managed to switch my reservation to be dropped off there, but I am really let don't with UHaul. I am thankful that the folks at Crosby's could manage the situation.

Mark A.Would appreciate a little bit of flexibility in the return policy. Sometimes you run into road closures and construction or other unforeseen delays. Returned the trailer 90 minutes after the set return time and had to pay for another entire day.

Jessica M.Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. This location I don't believe is the issue at all. The location was ready to go with my reservation but the U-Haul system would not allow our reservation to be completed. I showed up and had to wait over an hour to drive the moving truck away. The help we had waiting for us to pack the truck had to leave because it took so long. I then returned afterwards to pick up a car dolly and the dolly straps were frayed to the point that would not hold a vehicle securely. The process of getting a functional dolly took an additional 45 minutes. I was offered a discount to take the rentals to a further location. I said yes, I can do that. The next day I received a call saying I needed to drop the truck off at a new location. The amount of time wasted during this process is unacceptable. The equipment is below average. The price is higher than the competition. The only thing uhaul had going for them was the convenience of being closer to me to start with... This convenience got thrown out the window when I had to wait almost 2 hours inside the store because of the terrible system. I will never use a U-Haul service again.

Joseph G.Closed on Sunday - needed to drop off so I can't rate. minimal cell signal and no available wifi made dropping off while closed a challenge. I had to take a photo, drive to a location with service to upload (can't select from the phone - argh) and then back - only to have to do it again.

Tiffany U.It's not about the individual locations. They are doing their best. It's about the difficulty of using the UHaul software, the difficulty of dealing with UHaul as a corporation. These little businesses do what they can, and they apologize constantly for how long everything takes. The problem is not on the end of the small dealer, but on the shoulders of UHaul, which provides a complicated and unsatisfactory user experience .
