This location was overrun with cats inside (perhaps two dozen), the smell was absolutely awful, and I actually held my breath as much as I could the few minutes I had to be inside. The couple working there were nice but it was so disgusting inside it was truly unbelievable! The U-Haul app was horrible as well. It took me nearly 45min to check-in online (and it still asked me to go inside where the nice cat couple could finish the process-so why do it online at all?!?) and when I dropped it off, it wouldn't save the pics of the truck so that I could complete the return. Finally I just gave up, locked the doors, dropped off the key in the drop box, and left. We'll see what U-Haul bills me. I never want to use U-Haul again!!

ETHAN CROWEMy u-haul never made it off my street, 8 inch slice in the middle of the car carrier tire with metal belts poking through, 3 hour later it's repaired, safety latch on right side ramp completely busted off and had to be tied on with the cord of my vacuum cleaner after almost falling off trailer, 2 phone calls made for pulling over on a soft shoulder and got stuck, I had road side servic and your associate said it would be a $450 charge, WHY?? Got stuck on a second soft shoulder and again tried using my road side service, was told a second time the cost will be $450, WHY. ?? I paid 2 men in a diesel $100 to pull me out !!!! All has been documented on my account by associate at u haul return and they could not believe my luck, I had u- haul insurance also but not matter what I had I was left in the road like roadkill by u- haul, I was 7 hours behind getting to my destination very aggravated and annoyed to say the least and had my registered service Labrador retriever in the vehicle with me, IM NOT HAPPY AT THIS POINT but though of u-haul for my moving needs, thanks for the survey and don't wish this kind oh hell to anyone traveling with very unsafe conditions, Scott m Thomas, 813-365-0137.

Vernon AndersonThe location in question walking in, I'm greeting by over 10 cats. Which just smells terribly by cat urine, but that's their business. My problem was my appliance dolly. As I'm loading my washer/dryer I notice that I get a strong smell of cat urine. Surprise I don't have cats. The strap on the dolly was covered in so much cat urine you could smell it across the house.
KEVIN SOUSAThe upgraded to a larger size due to limited availability. But they neglected to explain the SUBSTANTIAL extra costs associated to operating their largest truck and the limitations due to its size. I ended up paying nearly 1000 more without budgeting for it. Very stressful experience.
Gerardo ZayasThe trailer was a piece of junk. The rivets in the back corner were falling out and missing, seems were open because the caulking had shrunk. It leaked to the inside and got my stuff wet because of this issue. I would like a refund.

David MagerIf I could give UHaul 0 stars, I would. We were taking a 10' truck from Tampa to Chicago, roughly a ~1200 mile drive. Not only did they give us a 15' truck we didn't ask for, they charged us more for it. The truck had a one foot crack on the passenger side that whistled (loudly) for the duration of the entire trip. The trucks lights barely worked. The trucks transmission also didn't work; while we were traveling at roughly 70mph on a highway, the gearshift slipped into neutral from drive. Luckily, my partner has experience with this sort of thing, and was able to bring it off to the side of the highway without trouble, only the mental scarring. The truck also slipped from reverse to drive while in the alleyway of our apartment. Luckily nothing happened, but this is completely unacceptable. I truly hope no one ever rents from UHAUL as they are death traps. Also, the company is very difficult to get any help or response from, as we are currently trying to contact corporate to explain the situation, and they blamed us for the trouble of the truck they gave us.

WALTER SCHWARZIt took over an hour to call customer service on Saturday. They say something was wrong with my order. They Tinkered with the order and said you will have no more problems, if you load the App. When i arrived at 10am, i had to wait 45 minutes for the App to give me the code to get the Key. The Van pulls to the left, shaking most of the time, go over any bumps on the road and the vehicle feels like it's going to make you lose control. I had to drive it at 60mph in the Right lane for the entire trip. When i returned the van where i picked it up. It took another hour to return it. The picture of the odometer and fuel gauge was NOT LOADING. I used www.uhaul/share to Return the Van. All in All WORSE TIME RENTING A VEHICLE. In Maryland, Uhaul has a machine at thier locations that you type in your online order number, pay with your credit card, and out pops your Key, 10 minutes tops.
