Susana RIt just always feel like the vehicles maintenance is never kept up. When I do rent, the vehicles always have lights lit up on dash.
tameka hThe van was surprisingly not cleaned at all every aspect of it. One positive the van did drive smooth sounded well kept to that standard. The women working that day did give great customer service which is the reason I would come back for services because of the two wonderful ladies.

antoinea gI was charged extra for gas and i had put it at where it was when I received it and still charged me extra ..... 20$ also the check engine light was on ... and it was filthy ...I.. never again
irvin bInform the customer of ALL fees in advance of the rental. * I carefully calculated the miles and it didn't add up to what was reflected on the vehicle odometer!!! No way that I put 70miles on that moving van!!!! The vehicle had low air pressure on a 6 degree day. Had to call Roadside assistance almost right after I realized that the left front tire continued to lose tire pressure.

ROBERT MI had a mobile pick up and the website could not find my reservations!!! It took over an hour for me to pick up my truck! Then I ordered the furniture dolly and it was not in my truck! I ended up having to go to bridgeton to pick up a furniture dolly!!! This was a huge inconvenience considering I had only one day to get all of my large furniture out of my house because I have a full time job and a part time job!!!! I was not happy at all!!!!!!

providence rvery small center, tight area for maneuvering large trucks and trailers. also no mechanic person on-site to assist with trailer hook up etc.

Jean PIt took far to long to check in and pick up truck .it took even longer to check out .the gas gauge wasn't read properly and they claimed there was more has than really registered. I only put on 15 miles and put gas in . But they a red as if I robbed them of a pile of money .it's says 29,95 on the truck but I was charged 53,38 .really where's the 29,95 come in at

ALANNA LWhen returning the van, I was unable to upload the pictures and information required, therefore I was charged a service fee. that was annoying and time consuming. I will not use a location that cannot be checked in by an employee.
earline sThey Charged me almost $40 in gas and i barely used the truck! I only used it for 25 miles i don't know how many miles a gallon it uses but they charged me for 9 gallons of fuel. I'm sure 25miles doesn't eat up 9 gallons! Will be disputing that!

CYNTHIA Rwhen we arrived there was no truck for us. Then they offered a 10 ft which wouldnt even fit one room of my house. While we were there a 26ft was returned and we said we would take that as a supplement but not paying anymore due to the error not being ours
robert wI call to request a extra day since I was not able to be done with the truck by the time I thought I was supposed to return the truck and the person that I talk to told me that I was supposed to return it on Monday by 9 am, now I being charged for and $40 extra day and $11,25 for fuel when I was given less than half the tank when I picked it up
Nataly EThe lady who rented was polite and offered a great deal. The van was a brand new 2018 Ford Transit 250. Needless to say it was in excellent condition and clean. I returned it while no ody was at the office and they followed through with payment when they told me they would with no issues. I would happily do business again and strongly recommend this to anyone considering.
george aThis was my worst experience ever with u haul company , i reserved a 10" feet truck i only had to move a bike . And the girl fucking reserved me for 10" feet and then couldnt give me a truck shen i get to location then they gave me a fucking 26" feet it was a fucking big truck and the gas was too much for it. And then i pay extra for the truck as well. This is too much.
Hamza SThe down side was dealing with someone on the other side if a glass saftey window as it is in a check cashing business. other than that, it was just a place to pick up the truck that was rented from where I went closer to my home, but they didn’t have one coming back- this store was not too far away, so it worked out.

david hMy experience was terrible, I had booked for an EHT location and was sent to Millville ( 40 miles out of my way). The equipment I ordered wasn't there and the truck was filthy. Overall this was not a good experience with Uhaul.
Regina NThe location was unaware of the reservation. Even after finding the reservation it took almost an hour to get on the road. The truck sounded like it was constantly in first gear & wasn't shifting. The truck step was WAY too high to access the cab area comfortably and actually needs another add on step. My daughter & I who drove are both under 5'3 and while driving wasn't an issue getting in was a huge issue.
chrisina cThe receptionist was not helpful, she did not know anything about the trucks and couldn't answer my questions. I also had to explain myself quite a few times, just for her to still not understand me and there was alot of miscommunication. She asked where i was traveling to and she still put down the wrong mileage and i had to pay for the wrong things she wrote down. Long story short i paid for all of her mistakes! I am not satisfied at all and i will never rent from here again!
JASON JI was pleasantly surprised with the UHaul Cargo Van I got to use. If I expected something that was going to big, clunky and a mess, this was not it! The van was comfortable, drove easily and had more than enough room for what I needed. The only mistake I made was returning about 4:30pm on a Friday. They were pretty busy, but that was me, not them. Staff at Delsea couldn't have been more warm and efficient. They made this whole mission one that was pleasant and easy to accomplish. I'd use them in a minute, if the need ever arose again. Thanks for the pleasant experience! =0)
