When I receive a U-haul from the location I picked up there is never any gas. They expect for the vehicle to be at the same gas mileage as it was when it was purchased. Which it was. They charge me extra every-time I purchase one. First it was for "mileage" not its "gas" it's also something extra

I will not be using your service ever again. Your customer service sucks. I was aquesed of stilling the trailer. The person I rented it from did not fo his part.not my fault.the person that called me acted like a little bitch on the phone.

The business is a repair place so that’s why it’s not very clean.The only thing that worried be was the return process was only handing over the key, no inspection of truck or signing return paperwork with me present

Told a gentleman I was there about the truck I returned on Saturday.s. He said he did not deal with the Uhaul. Stood around for about 20 minutes and the same gentleman came over and said the guy that handles Uhaul is not there. Never did see anyone about the truck. Just left.

Lots of confusion. Had to wait over thirty minutes after scheduled pick up to get trailer. Then was told they would have to unload it first, then they found one behind something...it was disorganized and a little shady. Won't go back.

I needed this truck for random storage to have apt floors did, I was accommodated well beyond my need, so glad I choose extra days. Happy Happy will return to the exact location if need be, and my apartment looks wonderful!!!... Thank You, Doe!!

Agent was 30 minutes late arriving then had computer issues. He had to call to get someone to complete my rental. Then started to help a second customer before showing me where my rental was.

Uhaul changed me pickup location (and pickup time) without my permission. The new location was across town, and no one was there when I arrived. The truck was filthy and full of trash. One of the benefits of Uhaul used to be the "easy load ramp:" This is no longer the case. On my 26' truck was an 8' ramp, 34" off the ground that ramp was 36 degrees which is a dangerously steep angle for hauling furniture on a dolly. I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again.

Their lot is very crowded and small so all trailers are parked around the outer perimeter with the larger trailers on the lowest side which is wet and therefore muddy. The guy there was friendly enough and knowledgeable of what he was doing with regards to the rental process. He, however, had concerns as to whether I could get out with the trailer when I picked it up because of its location.

The U-haul side of the business was fine, the yard and business appearance were the issue. Staff and service were excellent only issue was cosmetic

Store opened at nine, but the individual capable of renting uhauls showed up late. He arrived at 0930 and nothing was ready. Didn't leave the premises until a little after ten.

The entire order was changed by Uhaul without consulting me, including equipment that I didn't ask for, leading to a much larger bill.

back gas cap missing and they didn't even know it and sent us away with a truck without the gas, staff did not know how to properly attach vehicle transport trailer and did not know how to load vehicle with expertise.

Our request was cancelled two days before we were supposed to move across the country because they didn't have the equipment near us. Not okay. Then, they would not deliever this truck to us which was a HUGE inconvenience. So, we had to drive OUT OF STATE, the day before we were supposed to move, to pick up the truck. The truck had tons of dog hair inside the cab and coffee was spilt all over windsheild and inside cab. They accused us of stealing the truck when we picked it up after hours. They agreed to leave it after hours for us and left the keys inside the truck. They didn't provide paperwork and didn't check the truck out to us. When we went to go pick up the trailer at a different location, it looked like we stole the truck in the system. What should have been a quick pick up turned into an hour long ordeal regarding poor service on your end. Very frustrating and uncalled for. On top of all of this we have an extra random charge of $182.23. Again, not okay. I would like to speak to someone over the phone about our awful experience.

Easy to find. The young man a the counter was outside the office as soon as I pulled onto the lot. He had the trailer unhitched before I realized it. First class establishment.
