Location hard to find, it is not on 1st st but on 1st ave. No drop box located ,looked eveywhere. Have to travel on gravel/dirt for 10 miles. Recommend you change your location to Erickson or Onanole.

Out In the middle of nowhere, run down junkyard, auto body yard…..not impressed. Agent was not there. Had to deal with over my cell phone.

There was no one there to accept the trailer, just dropped off and let the neighbor know that it was there.

The location in Clanwilliam looks like a disaster zone.and certainly not what I would have expected from Uhaul. The staff person that I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful!

The UHaul representative in Clanwilliam was friendly, professional, and helpful. Although the equipment was clean and relatively well-maintained, the rubber fasteners for the safety chains were worn and loose. The rep apologized for this and indicated that he was waiting on an order for new ones - it would have brought more peace of mind to have the rubber fasteners be in better condition. We would not recommend this location to a friend because it is an hour or so drive from where we live.

Bad service and bad customer service and bad insurance and not god insurance and laying people i called and they answered after 1 hours and laying too much

Although we found out we could have dropped off closer to home, the people who greeted up were amazing! Again, not cool uhaul for making us drive 45 minutes to drop the truck off and add MORE fuel when we could have used a closer location

They should honor the agreement they make with the customer, so the poor customer would not be charged extra.

The great moving experience using uhaul

Jodi and Bruce are the greatest! Bruce hitched it up for me. And even gave me an electrical adaptor to borrow.

Have the vehicle clean...and capacity to complete the contract either online or in paper format. 30 minute wait at pick up and truck had 16miles remaining in gas tank with no gas station in Clanwilliam.

Terrible overall experience. Had to pick up the truck 150 kms away from my chosen pick-up location. None of the requested equipment was available (dolly, pads, trolly). The truck was an hour late arriving to the pick-up location (in the middle of nowhere) so had to wait. The information being told to me very the phone was inconsistent with what was in the emails that were sent to me. I had to pay a lot more for gas and it took us many additional hours of driving and work due to pick-up and drop-offocations being very far way from our starting point and destination. Information on the website was not updated when U-Haul updated my order causing confusion at pick-up location. Awful experience.
