The truck was parked in the mud. It was pouring down rain when I picked up the truck and it was parked on the grass and I had to walk through a puddle of muddy water to get to it. The fuel was on just under 1/4 tank .It would definitely be more convenient if the truck was at least half full .Considering that this location is next to a gas station it is definitely doable. The location of the truck rental is convenient.It was just difficult to pull out into the busy road after pulling out of the mud and over wood barriers

They did not have my car carrier and I had to call UHaul to find another location for my reserved equipment. In addition, they did not have the dolley that I had reserved.

Jen, Was excellent and she went out if her way to assist me. With my auto transport when the rear light fail to work. She took a transport of another trailer. I had a great experience 

The dispatcher in Dublin was particularly helpful, friendly, and courteous, making this an entirely pleasant experience. The trailer was ready to go and she helped hook it up and check it out..

Loved the staff! Very friendly and easy to work with. Was able to get a truck within 24 hours. Convenient location and key drop off. Would recommend this place for rental and will use in future, if needed!

The amber marker light on the front of passenger side fender was inoperative. Also there is some chafing on the white ground wire at the 4-way plug. I also had to move the wires sometimes on the tongue of the trailer in order to get the trailer running lights to work. However, the brakes and signals were always working. I might add, that the trailer pulled great and I was very satisfied. Everything that I've rented from you all has been built or constructed of a very high quality. I would love to purchase a used car trailer or enclosed trailer from U if you ever sell them. Well built items. Thanks, Larry B.

rented a 26' truck & car hauler. Two items were known to be broken of the truck, but the loading ramp was also broken & also nearly caused me to get injured.

Really poor customer parking and difficult to park a U-Haul truck in it. They take space and maneuver space.

Not about the location, but returning the truck online was a terrible experience full of setbacks because the webpage kept refreshing and asking for a "more recent picture".

When I got to the location it was after hours. The U-Haul web site was not working to pick up my location from my phone, so it would not allow me to do the contactless drop-off. There was an after-hours phone number on the door. I was able to get in contact with Jennifer and she gave me good information about dropping off the truck. She told me she would process the return when the shop opened on the next business day. She took care of things as she said she would. Appreciate it!

We didnt get around to checking the back of the truck until we go home after pick up ready to load for the move-it was down pooring at pick up. We opened the back of the truck and were overwhelmed by the odor of what was probably animal urine and feces. We had a tight timeframe to move and weren't able to effectively clean the back of the truck well so we had to load our belongings into the back of the truck that reaked of what seemed to be animal urine and feces. We were excited to rent a Uhaul and move into our new home but we were very disappointed we had to move our things in a truck that was like that.

Lock provided did not fit into rear door latch. I wish I would've known that not only is an alternate customer required but a SECOND alternate customer is required for self checkout. Yeesh. Otherwise the truck was great, clean and nice to drive.

It's seems that the company is in need of more of the auto hualing trailer called several places before finding one. Drove passed several uhaul places to get to the Dublin va. i would really like to be able to purchase one of these trailer's if uhaul has any to sell

GPS took me to a road that runs parallel with the one the store was located on. Certainly not anything that was UHaul's responsibility, I called and Jennifer easily explained where the location was.

Please remind the staff (owner?) about COVID-19, social distancing, and the need for a mask. Also, I would have appreciated if she installed the trailer onto my hitch rather than asking me to do it. I would have also appreciated the ability to troubleshoot wiring and hook up issues, without the need to call another person to come.

Rented online for Sunday p-up but went by location on Saturday. The woman was rude plus I rented an appliance dolly but a utility dolly was in the back of the truck. Charged me for it but not what I needed or ordered. Major inconvenience. I could have made other arrangements to have one.

I paid for moving boxes, but they were not in the truck when I picked it up. The pickup location was not open, so I couldn't get the boxes. I called uhaul and was told that I could go to the other uhaul location and get the boxes, but when I went there, they did not have them. I am very frustrated that I didn't get the boxes that I paid for.

Although the location was closed, the UHaul web page walked me through the turn in procedure (pictures of equipment inside and out, parking location, GPS acknowledgement of location) was fantastic. I felt comfortable returning the equipment even though no one was on-site thanks to the info UHaul collected from me at turn-in.
