Ashley FThe gentleman was a lying swindling cheat that promised one thing and then did another. Fuck him. I have given him 48 hours to fix the shit he told me I would not be charged for and he did anyway. It's not a uhaul problem.... No I'll be sueing him personally.

Tanya PMake sure trailer running lights work- we have rented 3 trailers from you to date have ran mainly during the day but needed to run nights this last trip and could not do so - all brake lights emergency flashers and turn signals work but drop off location says running lights should be working and tried to charge us- we will not pay extra fees if person hooking up trailer is not making sure lights are in correct working condition

angie kRandy Cross and his crew were exceptional and enjoyable to work with. My only complaint is, and it is not against them, is that I was originally told U-Haul would deliver to my address in Arkansas and once I was committed to the UBoxes I then was told they would only deliver to the warehouse in Heber Springs Arkansas. I was then told it would cost $7000 to get it to my home address and Randy cross in Heber Springs was able to get it for $3200. There is no reason that a delivery could not have been made directly to my home as it has four-lane highways all the way into Mountainhome. So, that was very frustrating and very misleading.

robert wThe only issue I had is that the app wanted to use my location. I made sure I had turned location services on and it still wouldn't work. Customer check in was a pain in the butt when it doesn't work. I wrote all the required info on a piece of paper after spending over a half hour trying to get the system to work. Tha establishment was well kept as far as I could see.

DARLENE FThe vehicle was new and in great shape but sticky drink spilled in floor and what appeared to be pet hair all in floor and very buggy windshield. I cleaned and wiped it all out before returning. Vehicle ran great, new with only 2600 miles.
