Michael ConnersThis was an absolute nightmare. Don't know who's part all of this falls on but holy shit this couldn't have been handled worse. As a small business owner myself whomever this does fall on needs to be let go. Also there were multiple people that dropped the ball on this ordeal. First to start off we did a online reservation a few hours in advance. When we showed up to pick the trailer and truck up reservation wasn't even noticed yet by the location. Next all they had was the truck and literally just that the truck. Next the truck didn't have a hitch but I was cool with it cause at that point I had archive to pick up and ran back to my house to grab a hitch. So from that point I went to the next location to get the trailer in Hudson at another place and they wouldn't let me get the trailer because the left turn signal didn't work on the truck. The person working that location could give 2 shits so I left and had to go to the eviction place so I could at least get the equipment out of the location so I didn't lose out on my purchase of it. While we did that I had my wife call You're 1800 number and then she got attitude about the whole ordeal. All we wanted was another truck and trailer combo. They wanted us to wait for a service truck while I had 5 employees on the clock and mind you this was 3pm on a Saturday. After they finally found a combo we went there where honestly that location was amazing. I still had to figure out why the truck didn't ha e the right turn signal but we found the fuse and then got the trailer. By the time everything was said and done it was 8pm before we got back. Now after all of this running around I still had to return the trailer to the other location and then bring the truck back to the other way once again. Almost triple milage, 400 dollars extra in paying employees , extra milage for back and forth to my house and to the uhauls and 40 bucks extra in fuel later we're finally done. Someone needs to call me Tuesday on this matter cause I'm escalating this as far as it needs to be so I recover my loses. Between equipment checks not being done, reservations not being handled, and 1800 support not helping efficiently it was a huge disaster.

John P LeddyI had made a reservation for a 20 ft. truck & 3 doz. blankets at another location in plenty of time before my move. (3 weeks ahead) Two days before I called since I had heard NOTHING from anyone. I was told I was good to go. Day before the move I got a call telling me to pick up the truck at a different location than I had made the reservation at. So as instructed I was there to pick up the truck & there was NO truck available! So after a long wait & sereval phone calls I was instructed to go to a third location. Meanwhile I had hired 3 guys from a moving company to load my things which were now waiting at my house. Which I'm paying by the hour and there NO truck to load!!? So at the third location I was told that they didn't have a 20 ft. either? But that they would let me have a 26 ft. for the price of the 20ft. I had NO choice due to having 3 movers waiting at my house that I'm paying!! So then I'm told that they only had 1 doz. blankets but that I could call around and get then from yet another location!!?? So I take the truck home so the movers could load it then had to run to a 4th location to get the other 2 doz. Blankets I needed! What a nightmare!!! I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!! Unfortunately moving is already stressful enough!

Easton EllsworthThe location was fine but the actual U-Haul experience was extremely poor. I have used U-Haul for all of my moving needs and I've never had any issues until the last two times we used U-Haul. The trucks were dirty with a broken inside center counsel the truck bed was dirty as well and the car transporter we used had a large bubble in it that we thank god noticed before we put the car on it and started our journey and to top it off! We were only given a 150 credit for an issue that if we had not caught before we started traveling could have been a horrible accident which could have cost us our lives at the mist! It's totally unacceptable that U-Haul let us rent a car transporter that was damaged and only reimbursed us 150 for something they could have been life altering. We will not use your services again and we will tell our friends and family as well to not trust U-Haul. Thank you

virginia napilloi leave the last one as not marked, as Tony said his computer was down n he has to wait till it come up.The only problem i had as i could not get any thing to show i returned the trailer to his location in good condition n when i returned it on Wednesday ,which would show i had it for two days.He told me to call him later in the day to see if his computer is working.I did not call him as i feel he should call me.
John CowlesI used to work for the company and as a customer I didn't feel valued. I went to pick up a car trailer and after waiting 20 minutes they didn't have the trailer. I had to drive 10 miles away and wait another 25 minutes just to get the trailer. I wasn't expecting a full comp of the trailer but I wanted some sort of discount for the inconvenience and when I asked for that I was bounced around again as if no one had authority to do so. Lots of time waisted. Time is money and I'm in sales myself.

What is the point of calling ahead to reserve and giving credit card information do the customer service representative can't even complete transaction. Uhaul national customer reservation receives an "F" rating and that is being kind. You people suck !

LARRY WILLIAMSGive the next customer more steady and safe equipment. The car trailer that we paid for was rusted and old. It took us a very long time to hook it up because the the ratchet was so rusted. The ladies were of no help. They were afraid to call someone to hook up the car trailer. Also the tires on the trailer started smoking in the middle of our transition. We had to pull over so the trailer wouldn't blow up into a fire!

PAVEL PEREZHave someone who knows the system for uhaul rental.there was no inspection of trailor ,which had damage to left fender area ,running lights worked but no brake,turn signal,or emergency flasher so this limited travel at night. Have a trailor savay person .

NEIL BRADLEYI have no negative comments about the persons in charge of this location , they were very helpful and even though I arrived at closing time they were willing to receive the truck I had rented .
angel torresUnfortunately, the young lady that hooked the trailer up did not do so correctly and the trailer came off the hitch within the first 20 feet of trying to leave. By then she had hurried back into her office. She had not tightened the large nut down all the way and the first bump caused the trailer to come completely off. Thank the good Lord that I was not going 55 down the highway. I installed the trailer correctly and went on my way. I did not get the feeling that she was comfortable nor trained on hooking this up. She asked no questions about my hitch and just wanted to go back in the office. Nice young lady but obviously not properly trained.
