Personnel located at drop off location was of foreign decent and English was a secondary language. Did not understand, nor was trained to accommodate the return...repeated the phrase "must wait for manager to report". Customer was forced to perform all of the trailer unhooking, staging of trailer in designated parking, and parking of rental truck with individual effort, judgement and guidance with zero assistance from the only person onsite at the location (who did not speak English well). Overall Uhaul customer service experience was extremely poor and near non-existence.

There was minimal gas upon pickup

Customer service on phone was no help at all when we tried to return u haul.the people renting u haul didn't know how to do check out,had to wait on manager to come to store,terrible experience.

I dropped off a trailer at 8:15 am then went inside to check with the person behind the counter and asked if there was anything else I needed to do. They said no and I went on about my business. I got a call the next day from Uhaul saying the trailer was not returned. The manager told Uhaul customer service that the trailer was not checked in. Got the number for the manager from Uhaul and reached out to him. He told me that the trailer was there but they didn't get it checked in. So when asked why he told them it was not returned and why I had to get involved he hung up on me. It's not my job to check it in especially when you offer 24-hour returns.
