Price per mileage is pretty steep

william mThe van was well maintained with the exception of the tires. the low pressure tire light was on - and the attendant was quite agreeable and helpful with putting air into one of the tires, but as I left the station, the light came back on. When I got home, I called and reported the low tires and again the attendant was quite helpful, telling me how to find out what the pressure was. It was 48 and he said that as long as it wasn't in the 20's it would be ok. I figured to trust that, especially since I was only going to drive a short distance. Overall, the van was well maintained, ran well and suited my purpose.

RASEAN ACarroll Fuels is a great location to pickup. They are always friendly and professional. Please put some more technology into your app, however. It is very difficult to use because it consistently hangs up and/or takes multiple attempts to upload photos. Check in and check out always takes 10 to 15 minutes with the app.

penny rThe truck was not cleaned out. I swept the cargo area when I picked up the truck and at drop off. Blankets were left in the back of the truck in the floor. The truck cabin had a lot of dirt on the floor. The odometer read higher mileage than what was on the app. The staff at this location is very nice.

Donna WRented two utility equipment weren't available. Asked us to upgrade to appliance dollies. We found one utility dolly but was informed that he can't change the rentals now but feel free to take utility dolly at price of appliance dolly.
Jieun IReserved my trailer one week prior online, all fees were upfront and no hidden charges. On day of my pickup representative professionally helped me to hooked up a trailer. If I need a trailer again definitely will rent in the future at this place.

joseph gI don't blame the people at the facility. But there was no vehicle for me to use and I had to go spend more money, drive much farther for a different vehicle.

Evening staff were already on their way outside when I pulled up to drop off the trailer! Pickup nor drop off was no longer than 5 minutes total. Knowledgeable staff goes a LONG way, and these fella's were it!

JULIUS NU-Haul changed my reservation from my original location to this location, 25 minutes further away, without telling me. I received no email, phone call, or text message. I found out when I showed up at my reserved location and they told me they had no record of my reservation. The location manager told me it's best to call ahead before pickup because you can't trust U-Haul.
William MI had to return my rental to the same location which caused an extra 25 miles to my bill. I should have been allowed to return the rental to a location into the area which I moved to.

John MDriver side rear tire constantly needed air my credit card was hacked from that store my reservation for some reason was canceled it took them over 2 hrs to get a contract so I could leave then I had to go to Walmart to get a 7 prong plug step down to flat 4 prong plug I was told by the store they had converters also told I would be given extra days for my inconvenience a very disappointing experience would strongly advise anyone not to rent from this store location
