Eric DA really nice new truck. Probably the nicest I have ever rented. Although the driver side door didnt close all the way at the top so the 3,5 hrs I drove it was pretty noisy. No fault of Elliot auto though

Dawn VNot taking anything away from this location. They were excellent. But the fact that I had to make 2 60 mile round trips to get my trail. Despite having had a reservation with a location closer to my address. Is very disappointing. I'll cancel and find other means if this happens again.
Solomon WMy comments are directed towards Uhaul in general, not this location. I reserved a truck for another location in Hanover, which for some odd reason no longer had the size truck I had reserved weeks earlier. I even saw the correct size truck at this location two days before I was called and told that the Hanover Uhaul location did not have the size truck I needed. This was a deep and distressing inconvenience.

RAY PService was great. We dropped off after hours. We called and told them the trailer was there. When we arrived it had already been checked in.
MICHAEL BWhen I made the reservation, I was told that about the shortness of available equipment at the location where I made the reservation, they informed me that I would received an email the next day with information to the pick up location, which was suppose to be close to the where I originally made the reservation. On the email I received they gave me direction to pick at a much farther place, when I contacted the original place, I was told that was the only placed, when I asked if the equipment could be pick up and deliver to a closer location by uhaul, I was told they were too busy to do that, and that I had no other choice but to go picked it up my self. Very disappointed in the far drive that I had to make on a rental truck from another company, which I had to pay for the extra miles.

TIMOTHY PLet the person renting the uhaul that there is a specific time they have to return them, and not just what day.

Hugh PCut out the attitude... Next time you get an attitude and smart off to me for no reason I'm going to get an attitude ... I cuss allot when a disrespectful person gets an attitude with me... Work on your people skills ........
EDGAR BThe location was a 45 mile round trip from my home. I had to ask the person to help me confirm my lights were working before I left. I had to sweep out the trailer once I got it home. However, the people working there were very nice/friendly.
Gary MThe truck was old, engine was missing and revving up and down while idling, truck had poor gas mileage compared to other rental trucks I have used. Driver side mirror vibrated at highway speeds so bad you couldn't hardly see anything in it. Driver side window handle was broken and radio speakers were blown or something they cracked so bad when turned up. Had to turn them up quite a bit due to very loud road noise from the truck since the window let air whistle through. This truck should be serviced or retired. Rental location was quick and helpful, very friendly.
