They like to add insurance even if you selected no on ur reservation request. 2nd time at this location

Scott Weiscopei ordered the larger size so that it would come with a loading ramp and dolly. i went to pull out the loading ramp and it would not come out, had 3 other people try and it would budge. also there was no dolly located in the truck at all and was under the impression i would have access to one.

MCQUEEN DUNCANTELLMake the 2 wheel cart free. It was almost in the way of us loading a couch in the tail end and I did not want to break the seal and pay $7 more. Not fair to put it in the customer's way creating an inconvenience. Otherwise a very good experience.

Mark JahrausI rented the truck from another place had to drive to this location to pick up. the person doing the paperwork had my id and still could not get it right he had me going on a 4 day trip instead of a 48 hour rental what was supposed to be simple was not. wasted time trying to do a simple task

Marta LockwoodI have rented from Uhaul many times and I will not use them again. We filled the Uhaul up with gas less than one mile from the return location as to which I have my receipt. My husband pumped the gas and I even had him put a extra gallon in just to make double sure the gas was correct. I get a call today that says I did not put enough gas in and it will be an additional $23 or else I can come filled it up. I told the gentleman that called that we did fill it up to almost a 1/2 tank as per my contract. He insisted it was not filled up and was rude and laughed at me when I said I have my gas receipt and I know how many miles I drove and there is absolutely no way that it was not filled up to where it should have been. He still continued to be rude and again laughed at me and said I'll put you down for a promisery note for when you rent next and hung up on me. I am still shocked at this. I asked him perhaps the gauge is broke or someone took it out or there is a leak because I know I filled it up and I know how much I put in it. I am just in shock at the lack of professionalism and trying to figure out what happened. He just wanted me to pay or he didn't want to hear about it. If i owed you I would gladly pay you but I do not and I will not pay it. Very sad that you lose a customer over such a small amount of money.

Heath SandersYears ago when we rented a U-Haul we were able to actually purchase the moving blankets at the U-Haul location. Evidently that's not done anymore. It'd be nice if U-Haul would allow that again.
