The floor in the back of the truck was dirty and had a sour smell (like spoiled milk). I had to clean the substance causing the smell before I could put my items in. Other than that, the experience was good.

Very quick and easy process to pickup my cargo van rental. The vehicle was clean, and was perfect for the task I needed to do.

There was no one present at the location. There were no signs telling you what to do. The gas station next door apparently tends to the Uhauls as well. The lot was a vacant lot.

The Truck space is not really 15 feet. There was however the possibility to rent a 20', but since the documentation was already done, I was told that it was not available...I returned the truck the next day and the 20' truck was not rented. The U-hauk associate probably, didn't fell like doing the paper work over. I had to buy a saw and cut the wood, i was buying to make it fit...since the advertised size is not accurate.

I completed everything on line. Guy working the counter took 45min to get me out and had to call manager for help. Never went outside or ask me if I needed help or explanation Returning trailer 4 hours later- same issues Terrible experience

My truck both leaked in the actual drivers portion and in the cargo area which caused some of my boxes and wooden shelves to become damaged

It was a gas station and not my first choice for pick up location but the staff were very pleasant and I had very little wait!

The location was excellent and convenient, however someone needs to check the fuel gauge, I drove 32 Miles total but had to use $20 gas to get back to the outgoing fuel reading. That's 4,7 Miles per gallon
