Had trouble getting into my truck using truck share 24/7, ended up taking an hour after calling customer service and on top of that I was charged for Dollie’s and blankets that I requested and none of that was in the truck so I had to drive to a larger facility to pick up those

I had to go to the wrong location (Upland) first, and then to Fontana, which required an additional 40-minute drive. Jessica apologized and said she would credit me for the extra 25 miles, but the Fullerton location (return location) refused the credit and charged me for over mileage. I contacted the Fullerton manager, but I never heard back.

The original location opens up, I go back a second time and they charge me $40 for something I was never supposed to be charged for. Then, 10th call to customer service. This morning call number 11 and 12. Hours and hours and my case STILL is not settled. Wow!!

When I returned the truck I was told to drop the key in the box, I searched the property and there was no location that I could see to drop off the key. I spent a lot of time dealing with these inconveniences. It could have been handled better.

There was no truck at 1st location so they sent me to this cherry location, when I got there m, no one was around, I had to call uhaul and finally got my truck after almost 1 hours delay. They said they will give me a $50 guarantee reservation discount but so far I have not seen it.

ROBERT BARONPOOR rating bcuz no Uhaul personnel at drop location. Door locked to office. Called phone # on door; girl said to call 800 number & drop the key in the box. UHaul CS Rep directed me to MyUhaul.com to complete drop off of truck & trailer. Had to enter info 2 different time on my phone pics and all. Very POOR experience. In the future I will make sure to pick a location to drop that has actual UHaul people on site. JOSEPH SUAREZI have rented from U-Haul several times and will use them again in the future. But my recent experience was very bad. I was sent to three different locations to pick up my truck, and when I arrived at the third location, it was not open. Another customer and I waited more that 25 minutes for someone to come open the office to give us our keys. All together, I wasted two full hours just trying to get my truck. And when I got in the truck, it had not been cleaned -- neither in the cab nor the bed. With all the concern about Covid-19, that was unacceptable. Like I said, I'm a fan of U-Haul and will use them again. But this experience was totally unacceptable.
John WaldschmidtThis was by far the worst experience I ever had with your moving rental company. I was originally given a truck that I drove off with not knowing it was leaking gasoline. When I took the truck to fill up the gas poured all over the gasoline station. When I called to address my concerns your agent, Tina has the worst attitude. She actually demanded I get back in the truck and drive it back to pick up location. What a liability and what a disgrace for a company like Uhaul. I could avoid it: I will never possibly rent and/or do business with your organization again. I could have died in that truck if it had caught fire. I was given a second rental truck, but let me tell you that this will never erase the extraordinary poor experience, stress and dissatisfaction I endured thanks to Uhaul. I expect a full refund, a 100 % refund; including the gas that I had to spend on filling up the second truck because it was on empty. Otherwise, I will be legal counsel seeking counsel. Ivan Marioni

I CALLED AND ASKED FOR HELP, AND WAS TOLD KYLE DIDNT HAVE TIME THIS WEEK. I CALLED TWICE, AND THEN CALLED HEAD OFFICE, I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL AND NOW I AM DOING A REVIEW, I HOPE I CAN GET SOME HELP
