U-Haul's mobile services are very frustrating. Picking up and dropping off my vehicle using the app was a nightmare. App works terribly. The only part of my experience I would say was a positive was the 3rd person I finally spoke to on the phone with customer service. She was as helpful as she could be. The rental location was NOT the issue.

Rob NadeauA month after my request was made to pick up the truck in Kamloops, and less than 24 hours before my move during my busiest packing hours I was told the only truck they could get me was a 3 hour round trip away. This is unacceptable, and I was not compensated for this incredibly inconvenient oversight. I had to pay for the very expensive fuel for the extra 100km in the truck and the 100kms in my personal vehicle to get the truck from the alternative location in a different city!
Alex BeppleNot impressed with pricing ! I rented the same truck in edm $800 , 4 days , 1100klm . I need one to go back to edm and I'm being told $1300 plus tax , 4 days later it's $3500 ! Thank God I had a great uhaul person find me one for alot less , and some tricky fingers with their computer , still not happy they only gave it for 3 days and 800klm ..... Price gouging at its best

jutta dewittWhen we picked up our truck, it was so dirty we couldn't take a proper scan of any damages. The truck was fine otherwise but I am worried I'll be charged a cleaning fee at my drop off location now when it was like that at pick up.
Andrew NickersonThe app kept saying "error has occurred" everytime I tried to log in. I eventually gave up and texted the person helping me and they suggested to try Google Chrome which worked. The app need some serious work. The website also had a few error codes but with a quick refresh it seemed to work.

Marc ZubelThe back of the truck had grease on it and it got onto our furniture and ended up on the freshly cleaned carpets. Our whole house smells like grease now and possibly one of my kids' mattresses might need to be thrown out.
Niki PerryThe vehicle was clean, however the interior loughts wouldn't turn off while driving which made it very difficult to drive in the dark. The passenger door wouldn't seal completely and I think this is why the light wouldn't shut off while driving. I'm mostly disappointed because this uhaul location charged me a cleaning fee even though I returned the vehicle in the same condition I picked it up. They also massively overcharged me for millage and the response I got was that I had returned it late. I called uhaul every day i had to extend my rental and uhaul gave me permission for the extension. I also left at least $50 extra in gas in the vehicle above what was in it when I picked it up. I don't feel this business is very professiona or ethical in their business practices. I will be filing an official complaint if this issue is not resolved.

Devon ScottI sat for over an hour and a half waiting for a glitch to be fixed in the system so the truck I had reserved could be driven off the lot. They didn't take cash. The blankets I had reserved were not available. I was charged for over an extra 100 miles that I did not drive. Perhaps that same glitch didn't record previous drivers mileage.

Paul MenzelLast time I used U Haul last May I guess it was a 15ft.van...this time it was a 10 ft. However this one had no ramp which meant it was more difficult to unload the Fridge and freezer..however it worked...
Robert CorkinBe more helpful when equipment is super farm apart from each other or have a worker at that location bring it closer to where your booked location was. Be more organized as to where you send people to pick up equity because we were sent to 2 different places.

Tanja HamiltonI found the head lights to be poor when driving at night. They should be upgraded in a major way to lesson the risk of an accident. At its current quality. I would not recommend travelling at night. During the day this vehicle was great to drive.

Robert KloppenburgOur reservation was for pick up in Vernon. We received a call from uhaul confirming everything the day before., BUT then I was advised our pick up was moved to Salmon Arm. Not acceptable. Then have to scramble to find a way up to Salmon Arm. The unit should have been brought down to Vernon. Not to suddenly advise your customer they have to pick up in Salmon Arm. To " take it or leave it" . Only thing we received was an extra 60 miles? Not impressed
