This place is located in a church premises with a gate at the entrance. Management is unreachable to provide code for the gate and other assistance needed. I will not recommend someone to rent an equipment here.

It would help if instructions to locate the Lock Box were given. We had to go searching to find it.

The inside of the cab was dirty. I did not receive the equipment I reserved and paid for and the ease of access of the location was less than desirable.

When setting up the reservation it would be best to let someone know that it would be self service. I had no idea and the experience was more than horrible. Never again

I deserve a full refund for the inconvenient of this whole reservationPrior to Driving 2 hrs to their location - daughter and myself advised that the reservation was a 24/7 share after we notice that there was a time we confirmed if we were outside of that window would be still have access rental - when we got there we had no access - which cause us to miss picking up items from storage - we sat on the phone for 30 min just to end up with someone that had no compassion in the situation - offered a refund that will take 3-5 days but still what about the 2 hrs we drove and the miss opportunity for the whole reason we rented the vehicle - then got sent to another location over 30 miles from current location which was more of distance in a remote area where there was no signal to complete the process of picking up the truck - I left my home @ 6p didnt get back home until 4am because of very bad customer service I hope someone from Corporate reaches out because this service was deplorable - no mention the return site blocked /locked the entrance

Everyone that I spoke to was very nice. I was just frustrated with the fact that I signed up for the in person assistance, not the self serve and ended up having to do the self service which put me about an hour behind schedule.

The location is great however the trucks NEED maintenance. Shame on U-Hall for not maintaining these trucks.

Great customer service on pick up. I left my garage door opener in the truck and they were gracious enough to help me get it back. I would definitely rent using this location again in the future.

1) Make sure facility is up to date and available for issues and concerns so that customer don't have to call and wait to have issues resolve. 2) Verify equipment and personnel is on site as stated.so customer don't have to wait 2 hrs to receive equipment. 3) Make sure all agents are up to date on specials and information so when the agant verifies and tells a customer one thing that it is documented on there reservations so when they get to a facility they do not have to call back in a wait 24 hrs or more to get an answer to what they agent told them. Meaning Agent says one thing then at facility they say no who ever told them that was not true.(In which cause a whole day wasted just trying to get a truck and storage room) when they could have made other arrangements.

Location was inside of a church. It was confusing to where I should go. Was looking for construction office not the church. It took me 45 minutes to figure out the location and the number was not a working number ??????

Wasn't organized order was messed up felt very rushed and rep sent me to 2 locations after hours to try to find an auto trailer because his was broken. Kept running my card and on the phone while working

The uhaul location is within a church. They are very welcoming and the customer service was very kind! I would recommend this place to anyone.

When we arrived no one was there and when they finally arrived they weren't prepared. The equipment we requested wasn't logged into the system causing a 15+ minutes delay. While driving on the interstate, one of the tires on the trailer shredded which caused another delay about 45 minutes. This was the worse driving ordeal!

I did not have the professional uhaul image like the one previously rented. I did not feel comfortable going to this location alone. My reservation was changed at the last moment by Uhaul .
