dont lie to the customer where to get their trailer, having customer driving 75 miles for a trailer that isnt there and customer service lieing to customer and hanging up on customer!!! If they cant do their job they shouldnt have it!!! i had to change my move to another day when i had help for the day that was changed and didnt the next day when i finally got trailer!!

henry BI turned the vehicle in the evening before it was due back and used the U-haul app to check in the vehicle. I put the keys in the 24-hour dropbox. I returned the vehicle with 1/4 tank more gas than what was required. The next day I was charged for an extra day and for extra miles I did not drive. In total, they added $108 to my bill fraudulently. All attempts to resolve the fraudulent charges with the drop-off location and U-hauls customer NO SERVICE have failed. I will not be using U-Haul again for any future moves.

JAMES Bi dropped the truck off the same day i rented it and they charged me for and extra day because they weren't in the office the next day to check the truck in. a call service contacted me to ask what location i dropped the truck off at and i told them.. they charged my credit card $113,6 i want my money back . i am very unsatisfied

STEVEN RHave smaller vehicles available like panel Van's and the small moving trucks. Many people in this community need these sizes for local moves much more than the larger truck.

john rCharles was excellent and did everything he said he would. However, the Uhaul district manager is the one who brought the truck over to his location and the truck was low on oil with a check engine light on. The oil pressure would drop every time I came to a stop. The car hauler had a nail in the tire so we swapped it and the 5x8 enclosed trailer had to swapped due to the lights not working. The sales center was great but your maintenance team needs some work. And the manager that brought a truck with low oil should be reevaluated.

Shaun KThe equipment was clean but the uhaul leaked and my sofa was soaked and my book case was warped. I would not recommend any one to use uhaul trailers anymore. I purchased the drive safe insurance and that doesn't cover water damage.
