lori wI drove over 300 miles in wet weather. The interior space above the cab leaked rainwater onto my upholstered bed headboard and stained it. Water entered from the right side corners areas. I will be looking at compensation from U-Haul.

Kelly GExcellent friendly service with a smile! I would recommend avoiding rush hour for pickups/returns though because the traffic in that area can be heavy and unforgiving.
Michael OThe people that I rented from were fantastic. My overall experience however was sub-par. I reserved a one way truck locally two weeks ahead of time. However, the day before the move Uhaul decided to make me drive an hour out of my way and it had to be returned there. We were able to find a larger truck but still had to drive it back to the location. Our trip was a total of 122 miles when it should have been around 60 at most. You still have to pay for miles driven and gas. This has been a horrible experience and will probably look elsewhere if needed. U haul did compensate me 50 however it took almost 70 in order to get it back to them at half. And then had to pay for the additional mileage..

chris cI ordered a 20' truck online with furniture pads and a furniture dolly and neither were in the truck when my brother picked it up for me Wednesday. I filled the fuel tankto full instead if 5/8 unintentionally, however I received no credit for the extra fuel.
Karl JHave an LED light in cargo area on its own switch. The truck I had came a dome light and cargo area light. I didn't use it because of concern about running down the battery.

Danny FThe lights on my trailer didn't work other then turn signals and brake lights! So i got stuck with kids in the as well as my wife and other kid in the car following me since i was riding a car. And luckily she was since again there was no tail lights on the trailer. So here we are sitting for four 3+ hours one trying to get in touch with uhaul to keep them know truck and trailer would be late and why. 2 trying to reach road side assistance. Well got in touch with someone and the closest place they could track was 1,5-2 hours away from where i was. And the other one was 3 hours away. Dude shows up to fix the truck. I stopped to get something to eat with my kids because well this took several hours as I mentioned finally get it back drop it off at the lot leave next thing I know I get charged for the truck twice and the trailer twice because I had it for more than 4 hours! Which is BS because most of the time I was waiting on the U-Haul company to do there part of things and get me going again!

Mia TSometime during our rental someone changed our drop off point. The original place said it was gonna charge us $40. If we left it there. Then sent us 45 mins away from our home to drop it off? Can you uhaul give us $40. For the extra time and mileage we spent to drop it off? It only seems far if you are charging us to drop it that you pay us for our time and gas and miles.

francesa wDrop off was after hours and there was no clear signage about where to leave the trailers. The yard and parking area was junky like a junk yard. The entrance driveways were rough and narrow and not well marked for night time.

Chris was very friendly and helpful. He seems to be proficient (even if a new person) and I can imagine him being one of the better employees soon.

Paul SThe entire experience was unprofessional and so disappointing. 1. The van wasn't available at the fake 24 hr site U-Haul has listed as the ferry terminal per the U-Haul rep that called me…because it doesn't exists he said when I called back regarding the message left . So without my consent or even speaking to me my reservation was changed to Burlington, 25 minutes away from me. At my request it was agreed to get a truck instead at Fidalgo Body closer to my location. 2. I arrived at Fidalgo body at 4pm on the dot, the office was open with a sign that stated "call of no one in office 360-***". No answer. I called U-Haul and was disconnected due to zero cell phone service at this location, called again and after 30 minutes a lady came out of one of the houses and said "she forgot about me and she was sorry". I was 30 minutes late because of this and was still charged from 4pm-8pm, not allowing me extra time for the 30 minutes of panic trying to find a U-Haul representative on site or on the phone. 3. The U-Haul app did not work and still doesn't work after repeated reboots and downloads. Worthless app at the most inopportune time. All around terrible customer service.
