The location was changed by U-Haul and was 20 miles out from my moving location. It was not a good area.

Very difficult process to begin with, the vehicle comes half full, and it smells like someone smokes in there. It took almost an hour to finish the process when I came back
Timothy MillerI was weary from the start. With the 1,5 google rating I knew it was a shot in the dark. I went to another location, but their truck was rented already so they helped me secure the one at this location (Save a ton). I filled out all the pre-application needs and nothing additional was required. At the store he basically edited my information and added the stupid Safemove option hence gouging me as all the other poor reviews talked about. Uhaul isnt for me anymore, I'll do another truck share service to avoid the manipulation to make money and take advantage of people.
JEFFREY MORRISONI was supposed to pay 57$ in total for the 10" truck INSTEAD they charged an extra $50 and then another $43 and when I called and asked why they just said they would send my information to the lead of the area and I did not get a single call. So not only did they end up pulling extra money out of my account they ended up doing so with out reason. And with out any email Ontop of that, I got a email on my way back from using the truck. Saying that it had been canceled for a no call no show so I had go through the entire processes again with some one who didn't speak any English and didnt understand a single thing we said to him. We straight up asked him would you like us to fill up the truck and he pulled out google translate and said he didn't understand. Then after inspecting the truck he said we were good to go. Kristen TinisAgent was not-helpful he was socializing on his phone the entire time. Gave us a truck on empty we had to find a station fast. Told him issues with trucks lightening showed him a picture he was clueless what he was looking at and Never walked outside to check it out..Was close to home but wpuld NOT use again.

Kerrlew WatsonFirst of all, you had changed my reservation. I had to walk an additional hour because you decided to change reservation. Thus, you owe me, the $50 you promise if the truck isn't available. Secondly, I returned the vehicle gassed, more gas than it was received and I had to argue with the gentleman that the fuel charge and fueling fee does not apply. I put my foot down and I was not going to leave the store until that was resolved. So, it was incredibly poor this time. From changing the location without my consent, unkowningly, to trying to charge me an addtional $69 it was unnacceptable.
Besa KosovaI was overcharged when I received my paperwork via email it didn't match up with my photos of the gas nor the mileage. It was estimated with 10 miles and I went over the 10 mile by another 12 so I should've been charged an additional $12 and for very little gas. Overall I was charged $108 and when I questioned I was told I had to call the number because it was calculated by the computers website. Then I looked the paperwork and saw that the information was falsified! I have photos. I was also asked about damages to the truck which I returned in the same condition it was given I will be disputing the charges.
