Gas was 1/4 and they put it 3/8. North miami location is a joke didn’t have my truck told me they would honor earlier reservations but my confirmed one they cannot.

At this location the people was great they helped a lot and I will let a friend know that they can go to this location nothing else to improve on this location cuz it's great

Nice and polite just need to remember to clean up after every trip please. It was a plastic bag in the cup holder and very dusty.

The location charged my credit card for 2 days when I returned the van the next day. Poor customer service. The Rental location was rude. Still waiting for my refund. I will never recommend that location.

Vehicle was left on empty. Had loud exhaust leak could not hear radio in vehicle and exhaust leaking into cab of truck. Vehicle was at another location causing extra uber expense.

No gas i have a picture of the gas tank showing E. I waited for an hour, other customers let they keep charging my card.

The cab of the truck and the back of the truck was very clean however the truck reeked of marijuana when I got inside. I don't know if somebody was smoking marijuana before I got in the truck or there was something left in the truck but you can smell it heavily.

The U Haul agent was very professional, it took times to find the truck for me in a tough and busy time. I really appreciate the way he is doing business.

Absolutely NOT, I did exactly what I was instructed to do to return it after working hours and I'm being charged extra! Not happy at all!

The truck I received did not have headlights that work. I had to drive at night in the rain from Palm Beach to Miami. I got pulled over by a police officer.

I had my self pick up set up and it required me to get my key inside, I had to wait over an hour to get my key, then the employee tried to charge me again. I had to call U-Haul and have the representative speak to the employees to get my key released. A waste of my time.

I requested a dolly utility and they did not have it. They advised I would get a $27,5 fuel credit and upon check out the credit was $22.00. The individual did not want to conduct a walk through when I picked up the vehicle. I had to insist and noticed the vehicle fuel was incorrect ( not what was stated on the documents), and the utility dolly was not included. They are very unprofessional and I would never rent from this location again.

This was the 3rd location I had to go to, to try and get the truck I reserved. The entire Uhaul experience was horrible. Incompetence at every level.

The guys working was very unprofessional it only had one person working there when i got there so he handed me the keys and told me go head because he has other customers and he is working by himself he assured me the truck was in good condition and the gas was fine so just bring it back at the point it was at which was just past the half point , when i got back it had 2 more guys working there and a different one came out to look at the truck and wanted to argue that i didn’t put gas cause the tank wasn’t filled up which it never was i told him get the guy that was there this morning he refused luckily i took pics with my phone before i left with it

I was provided a truck with no horn which is a life threatening manner and I informed both road side assistance and rental location I was still charged and not provided no compensation for this misshapen

This was a cell phone business location and barely found the location because there was no Uhaul signs any where. Additionally I had ask for a truck next to the site I was loading material to take back to Tampa. A truck should have been available but I was told to go there. Just not right.

Everything was fine. The wait was a little longer than I would have liked, but they were serving another customer. Best truck I have ever rented from U-Haul!

express check in did not work. Employee said the truck wasn't available for one way move even with reservation. Missing furniture pads and dolly and over an hour to pick up the truck

I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul truck at the above location at 10am. I arrived at 9:50am. In was told that he couldn't find a key to the truck. He then said that my reservation was given to a man the previous day. When speaking to customer service, nothing was done to help me. They couldn't find a truck within my area. This was the first and last time that I deal with Uhaul.

The owner was not professional . He was talking to other people, picking up calls on his cell phone. No customer service

They were unable to take the time to explain the contract and how the system derived the mileage which was incorrect. The system calculated a 264 mileage from my rental location to the drop-off location in Orlando. I am partial to recommending this location to a friend yet, the location needs to become more customer friendly. They were too busy selling cell phones and other electronic gadgets the trying to meet my needs of the U-Haul Rental. To a certain extent they were rude!!!

Upon refueling to return cargo van fuel stuck at 3/4 tank resulting in over fueling vehicle. Ridiculous, and I was very upset at the fact I was being ignored by the owner and all 3 employees in the store. I wound up paying $27 @ $3,49 per gal. to drive 41 miles. The clerk absolutely showed no empathy at all and ignored my complaint. I have rented several vehicles in the past few months and never had a bad experience. This location was a little sub-par for Uhaul standards, clean but lack of customer service is an understatement.

horrible location, no signage indicating it is even a U-Haul location, no other equipment on site. This was the location you sent me to for drop off. Later I found a much larger and nicer facility closer to my address!
