The person there had no clue what was going on and was going to charge us an additional 100 dollars to drop it off. Called the u-haul number and told us to go to a different location to drop off, wasn't the best conditions but worked ok using the app that was given to us.

JUSTIN AWorked out great!! 2 recommendations- on reservation add note to drive BEHIND the building and encourage people to fill out online info 15-20 mins before. I ended up being late in my timeline because I didn't expect it to take that long. I will rent again

Che KWhen we reserved this U-Haul trailer, it was to be dropped off in Denton, Texas. However, when the contract was emailed to me, they had changed the drop off location to a neighboring town nearly a half hour away. That was both frustrating and inconvenient since we had to pass a massive, beautiful U-Haul facility in Denton, Texas and drive almost an additional hour round trip.
RAYMOND Sthe back end wasn't swept out from the previous customer, but there was an extra dolly I didn't ask for.

Laura SThe truck was in good shape. Update the IT software / hardware. The system was down when I went to pick up the truck, and the employee could not access my reservation and couldn't accept payment by credit card, even though I already did it over the phone.

JASON ZPicked up a tow dolly with our motorhome. The exit we were directed to is not good for motorhomes. There are low hanging branches (our 11'-6" high motorhome hit some of the smaller lowest branches) and some deep potholes to avoid on the dirt road out. Once you are facing this direction you cannot easily back up and turn around to go out the main entrance too easily with a car on the tow dolly. Make sure to set up to leave going out the way you come in. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. I don't believe he knew about the trees being a problem. A taller motorhome will hit a big limb. I did try calling several times the day before to discuss the location before bringing my motorhome here and nobody ever answered the phone.

Kevin AThe pick up was fine. The gentleman who was there did not even check my DL and i wanted to add a driver and he said once the contract is complete he could not add. So I called customer service. Additional driver could not be added but they added notes. I wanted to make sure the insurance that i had purchased for $56 covered both drivers. There should be a way to accommodate this concern.
